Aspen Dental, Lancaster PA

Very nice staff and professional, I like Brittany, but she call me on my duty time, I ask her please call me in the afternoon, But I'm still waiting.

The people that I’ve dealt with so far are some of the best! I’ve always been scared of the dentist and the girls I had helped me through it so I had no problems. I think they all need raises!

My husband has a hard enough time advocating for himself and getting to a dentist. He bit the bullet and trusted Aspen on Fruitville Pk to handle major dental work he required after over a decade without a dentist. He had 4 crowns placed by Aspen and each "permanent" crown has fallen out. Some more than once! This is almost immediately after having them placed! He's been to the office nearly 20 times over about a year and a half. Half of the office visits were a result of poor dental work and error on the part of the providers. Horrible. I've never seen anyone have to spend so much time returning to a dental office to address the same unresolved issue. The anxiety and time spent due to what seems to be malpractice is atrocious. Please do not trust this office.

I have delta dental and the first appointment i went to they didn't even send my insurance the paperwork so i had to take a loan out for stuff that my insurance could have paid for. Very friendly staff but i 100% recommend getting a second opinion, seems like the company itself only cares about the money and not their patients. I've been waiting over 2 months for aspen to send paper work to my insurance.

Horrible! Went there only because I could get an early appointment and I was in alot of pain. The dentist came in literally looked in my mouth for a second then just tried putting me on another antibiotic because I said I was a tad swollen. He didn't even seem interested in trying to help me at all. They then wanted me to be in pain for another week before they would pull the tooth even though I had a referral for the tooth to be pulled. They showed no care for what I was dealing with. Absolutely disappointing. I was thankful to find a dentist that day the took the tooth out no problem. Don't ever plan on using aspen dental ever again. Oh and to top it off I had to pay 100.00 for a xray for them to do nothing at all. Nothing but a money hungry company.

Well now it's months later and they want to send me a bill for 30.00 after they sent me a check for 46.00. Make that make sense! Horrible place stay away from here. They will upcharge you and have no care about what your going through. You will have to pay them after your appointment then randomly receive a bill months after.

I was someone's ride for dental work so I can't comment on the professionalism or quality of their work. But based on my waiting room experience, I'd never go to this particular office. There was no manners to this staff. I could hear loud belching, inappropriate work conversation. It sounded like a high school cafeteria. And I'm half deaf! The nurse that escorted us out was very kind and sweet, but whomever was behind the front desk needs to grow up some. I'm all for having fun! But there's a time and a place.

I am thankful for the Aspen Dental in Lancaster, PA. Very clearly Dr. G and Tanya work very well together and they care about what they do!

Do not go here. A few years ago I had a cavity that they said I had to get filled ASAP, then wouldn’t schedule me until several months later. They didn’t put me on a cancellation list or anything. Once I go in to get the cavity filled, they say now I need a root canal. Well, years later, I’m now searching for a specialist to get my root canal redone because Aspen didn’t do it right. I have a painful pocket of infected fluid in my jaw due to a failed root canal by Aspen. I will never go back to Aspen Dental, and I would never recommend them to anyone. Go anywhere else.

The Courtesy and empathy we receive when we bring our problems, are handled with love and care. I feel very comfortable knowing that I will be cared for with professional and knowledgeable people who truly care about me.

Everyone was kind and patient with me as I asked my questions. They were also helpful and were more than willing to explain and completely answer all of my questions until I understood what was being said to me.

Had an appt for 4pm for teeth cleaning. Didn't get in till around 4: 20 or so but the hygienist Abby was very good and efficient at what she did.
