Dentist Aspen Dental reviews
17Beautiful office, friendly staff, technicians explain each step. I suffer from Anxiety and they were gentle and kind.
Outstanding. The staff and management team is extremely nice as well as answering all the questions that was asked. I highly recommend them. Five gold stars belongs to them!
Very professional, Clean, knowledgeable, comfortable, fast
But most of all young denist.
My wife been calling this office for months and no one never answers or returns calls this place is so unprofessional…
They charge patients upfront instead of processing through the insurance. Other Dental offices have told me way less copay for dentures as compared to this facility. Office wouldn’t make an appointment for me until i make full payment. Ridiculous! Definitely not recommended for those who are financially struggling! Find a better Dentist!
Hello, please answer! I couldn't get through. I may have forgotten my passport with you Diana Kadyrkulova.
Would give zero stars if I could. My 10 year old daughter broke the bottom of her two front teeth in Feb 2022 and has needed to get composite fillings 3 different times to repair the look of the tooth because they keep getting knocked out for various reasons. Our dentist said this was bound to happen and to just address the issue as it comes. Well, last night (Friday 10/20), one of the composite fillings broke at 845 at night. Her regular dentist doesn’t open until Monday, and my little girl is mortified about her appearance. I looked up emergency dentists and made an appointment online today (Saturday 10/21) at 2pm. I specifically said it was for a broken tooth and I reiterated again when I called this morning to confirm (never got a confirmation email or text).
My husband takes her. She doesn’t get seen until 250pm when the appointment was at 2. That’s fine, these things happen especially with emergencies. However, the dentist did not fix the tooth and really gave no reason on why he wouldn’t do it. He said we would have to make another appointment, which is silly because I can just go to our regular dentist in Warrington and not have to drive back up to Philly. They allowed me to make the emergency appointment for a broken tooth yet won’t fix the broken tooth unless I come back. There’s no pain, no root canal needed, just needed a little composite for aesthetics. My daughter was bawling her eyes out. A female member of the staff pleaded with the dentist to help, but he did not. Pointless waste of time with zero bedside manner from this dentist.
I must say this dental office is one of the best around in Philadelphia.
The staff is amazing very friendly environment. I never felt so comfortable especially in dental offices.
This was a nice visit. Morisbuger was great, his hygienic tech was a lovely lady and the xray text was a gentleman. Very efficient, friendly and clean. However making the appointment was a little abusive.on October 22nd 2023 at 11: 09am i received a missed call and immediately called back. There was a female that answered, she was staff and the front desk representative, she berated my about the missed call and I keep saying I am unsure why I got the call, the female said "you're the one calling me" and moments after that hung up the line on me.
So my experience is difficult to explain or discuss, especially if I'm recommending a patient
Amazing! Receptionist, billing person, x-ray technician, hygienist, , and last but not least the Dentist, they were exceptional, in their care and concern. They definitely made my experience pleasant, I’ve already mention to my mom and a friend, that they may want to come here. I appreciate good service
They really know what they're doing, as a person who never liked the dentist they have completely changed my mind. Wish I could give them 10 Stars
It was a great experience staff where nice office was clean and staff explained everything making sure I understood what was going on and how everything worked I left happy with my decision and the advice I was given
Very clean, very accommodating. Explained everything to me and listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. Very friendly staff.
Staff very friendly informative professional. Great dentists are hard to find I just found them in Aspen. Blessings
Everyone was so nice and the place was so clean. It was a great experience if you have to go see a dentist. Thank you for asking.
I love it and I would recommend it to everyone It's clean The atmosphere is comfortable and the people are so polite and courteous
I give all of the dentists there that helped me 10 stars. Unfortunately, the business side leaves much to be desired. For instance wanting me to pay a 52k bill upfront for work that will probably stretch out for a year. Insane. I also think they don't have my insurance applied properly. They also want 6k for my wife's fillings. So now, I'm looking into dental tourism, and going to get our x-rays from them. Unfortunate.
