Very nice people! Once I got into the office it was a bustling place and everyone was very nice. They are very understanding of the common fear of having people root around in your mouth so they are ready for the apprehensive. The only issue I had was I called three times before I arrived and kept getting voicemail. I looked at the number online and on the text they sent me (nice feature) Not sure if it was a temporary glitch as I was there the phone was ringing.
Had a standard cleaning, very professional and informative, provided future repair consult, advance tooth brush demo and togo kit, smooth efficient no pain the way I like it.
I had a positive experience overall. The one thing I didn't appreciate as much is the hygienist selling me their oral B toothbrush while cleaning my teeth.
