Update: This has been going on for 2 years and not getting better. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE.
Our building has had oriental cockroaches (water bugs) for two years now, probably way longer. Nobody disclosed to us there was an infestation before we moved in, only told they come out when it rains which is absolutely false. I find roaches every morning even though we keep our unit clean. I have been complaining since we moved in with no resolution. If you want a long term apartment do not move here.
