Aspire Urgent Care & Family Medicine reviews
32It's upsetting when you call for an appointment and the office staff is rude. Refused to make the appointment. Dr Richard Rayner was why we went to this office. Seems since he left, the staff has an ego problem. Whatever happened to common courtesy and respect for patients? ! Sad. Dr White is a good Dr. My husband really likes and respects him. Because of the office staff, I don't know if he will be continuing to be a patient here. BTW, Stephanie in the front office is the one with the attitude and ego problem. I hope she can get redirected on how she should treat patients.
We've had nothing but excellent care from all of the providers at Aspire. Whether it's a routine visit in Family Medicine or an emergency stop at Urgent Care, we've always experienced the highest level of professionalism and care. The front desk staff are helpful and the providers truly listen and assess well the needs of their patients. As a mother of five active kids (now mostly grown), Aspire has been there for us through many injuries and mishaps over the years, and we don't plan to go anywhere else. Can't recommend them highly enough!
The Doctor is great.however his clinical staff is not. Very unprofessional and rude. I hate having to deal with them.you definitely deserve better service then what u get. And problems are never resolved.
Sadly, at this time I think it may be time to part ways. Years ago, this practice was wonderful. I actually worked with DR White in the ER for a number of years and came to the practice because I trusted him as a provider.
Over time, and especially the last 6 months, the care has been nonexistent. No one will advocate for your care other than you.
You check in and the ladies at the front desk are talking about what they want to order for lunch- like you are interrupting them. Attitude is given on a regular basis.
A specialist told me to call my family doctor because their doctor quit with no notice and there is no one to cover, to ask my family doctor to cover my medication until I can get an Appt with a new specialist in July. My family doctor told me they can’t do that- everyone is passing the buck. In the meantime I know do not have the medication I need to function, take care of my kids, and live a normal life. All because I feel like no one wants to help me. I do what one doctor tells me to do in calling the other and the other will not help. What am I supposed to do as a patient? Oh yeah, go to the ER- in the middle of COVID if I have a flare- that seems right.
Very sad it’s gotten to this point.
Staff lied that a requirement to med test was due to my insurance. After I called the insurance and the pharmacy, they changed direction to then state it was internal office policy because of doctor licenses for prescribing migraine medicine. IF the office staff doesn't know the procedure and lies, it dents trust. Add to this, they stated that everyone with medicine was required to be seen every six months. No staff ever told me this or called to offer to schedule appointments. Then the staff, a medical assistant? , told me i hadn't been there in over a year, which is another lie. I got sick while at the beach, 6/9/2019, and had an appointment there when i returned. I also had an appointment after that for an infection. The lies continue to pile up with this office.
I’m a patient at this family practice and have used the urgent care multiple times. In fact I was just there today. They are always extremely professional and kind. I wouldn’t go anywhere else
We have visited Aspire several times each time we received outstanding customer service. Our most recent visit they were busy but we were seen within twenty minutes. Dr. White and the staff provide excellent care my family and I will go back.
Why is their front end staff so incompetent? And so consistently?
They are rude, they could not care less about the patients and honestly thank god their doctors are great because their front end staff makes in practically unbearable to go there.
About two months ago I had a ear infection, I went to aspire to get treatment they get me antibiotics for about 4 days. In December I went back because I still have this infection in my ear. This time I was seen by a different doctor she prescribed me some nasal spray. Now we are in January and I still have this infection. So I called aspire up and explained it to the reception and of course they want me to go in again. I asked if I would have to pay again since I already paid them two times already and I still have this infection, the man said yes. I told him how many times do I have keep paying the for something that should of been taken care of two months ago. Really! I told him that I'm going to my family doctor because I don't trust them at all. How many times should I keep paying for an ear infection?
I have been a patient at Aspire Care for six years. The staff is absolutely great. Very little wait time. The most important aspect is that they take the time to listen. I would highly recommend Aspire Care to anyone and I have.
Not having Insurance, cash pmt, I've had nothing but excellent, professional care. Highly recommend. It's often my daughter's first choice after a weekend sports injury or even traditional issues, and those that could be more complicated and need referral help since her physician left the family practice we saw for decades. Again, I highly recommend.
All staff were very helpful when i went in for urgent care!
The doctor was very kind and attended me without any delay!
It's an amazing office I never feel judged when I go to see my Dr. Which is such a hard thing for me.
Very difficult to deal with. Went in for a minor issue, & they make a diagnosis of a possibly serious problem (which was not even hinted to by testing) & then make a referral for a month later. If it's serious why the extended wait? After dealing with the P. A.there we went to a full fledged Dr, who gave a clear diagnosis. Will never return & will never refer anyone.
I have been here multiple times for myself and daughter when our PCP isn’t open or has any available appointments. Staff is always pleasant and thorough when making an diagnosis.
They blackmail you to dish out more money to them when you cannot afford it just to get refills then claim they care about patients.
Dr white was amazing.i really got to know him well and felt very trusted in his care.i came in, hardly sat down before i was called back, and had the best experience with a doctor i’ve ever had.he was very knowledgeable and stitched me up in like 4 seconds flat.i will definitely go back if i ever need to and i will highly recommend this place to anyone who needs some urgent care! Thanks dr white and team!
I have always had a pleasant experience here. Short wait times and friendly staff. I have been to both urgent care and family medicine.
Stupendous doctor and office. Dr. Lisa Davis is thorough, caring and empathetic. The staff is also top notch.
I've been to Aspire numerous times within the past few years and the service was great; cost effective, a friendly staff and knowledgeable doctors. I was well pleased with the services I received.
