5 I’m very impressed with the expeditious response I’ve been receiving with ASSIST HOME CARE. Twice. 2 times in one 20 minute time period, a Customer Service Specialist, delivered necessary items, prior to my discharge from the hospital. Explained everything to me, AND assisted with transporting these items to my vehicle.
As I arrived home, I discovered items more items were delivered in a secure area, accompanied by a text from their CSS, who later called to see if we “found” the supplies, and did we need anything else. Or, if we needed help with anything?
Amazingly fast and friendly service!
