If I could give it 0 stars I would! Girl I had was extremely unprofessional. I will never go there again. I almost walked out because my technician was rude, and laughed at me multiple times when trying to clear up where the blood was being sent to. I asked a few questions and she laughed at me and made fun of the whole time. I’ve never met someone as horrible with people and unprofessional as her. I hope whoever comes across her from now on recieve good customer service from her because I wouldn’t want anyone to feel the way I did.

Very rude. Very disrespectful. Made to feel uncomfortable and like an outsider or weirdo. I work in the same field. Very unprofessional. Coming out without their coats on or buttoned. No one to answer the phones. Which is unheard of in my opinion. Im very dissatisfied with how I was treated in this building. If I could give a negative star I would.

If I could remove the 1 star and replace it with a ZERO I would, this ACL has repeatedly been a nuisance, and has inexperienced staff. I get a lot of bloodwork done, and unfortunately this location is convenient, not everyone has the means to get to there preffered location, but I have to say 2 out of 30 visits to this location have been pleasant, wish I knew the name of those good employees, to give the credit where it is due, but a few bad apples ruin the bunch. Completely unsatisfied with there "professionalism", knowledge, and integrity, what a joke. Posting specifically about the staff working today 5/16/22 wow.they've been a problem and almost rude many times.

Went to this facility twice and used the sign in screen. I was rewarded with a four hour wait each time. This is a terrible waste of my time and the time of the employees. The system that was used before worked well so it seems silly and useless to change it. I am very disappointed in the way things have setup.

Went there 3 times and always an excuse not to do bloodwork went as walkin turning me away said I would have to make a appointment. So tried making an appointment on phone got a appointment day and time at the very end the recording said having technical issues call back later so call later same thing went back up same thing then made an appointment online go up there. There is a guy on one side trying to sign up stating he had appointment same as me finally this girl comes out he tells her the problem well they told him they will take him and I must make another Appointment i told her off big time will never go to any Acl lab again very unprofessional I left there went straight to St. Vincent got my Bloodwork done was in and out in like 10 minutes now I know where to go never going to ACL AGAIN

While my 4 month old was getting blood work they locked us in the building! Why the hell would they lock the building while there are patients still there? ! Qe had to unlock the front door just to leave. Wait till all the patients are gone before you start locking up!

Deedee is one of the few worthy of notice and employment at this location!
She is wonderful Professional and caring, -unlike A very scary Carrie Who continues to amaze the public with belligerent behavior and her continued employment there!

This is the second time I’ve been to this location this week. Both times the hand sanitizer has been empty. The staff is very rude. They make it obvious they don’t like their job and show little respect to the patients. One female employee kept yelling out into the waiting room to get your insurance cards out and ready when you’re called. The young man I had mumbled and never looked at me the whole time.
I just now read some of the other reviews patients have left. I’m questioning why someone in charge doesn’t correct this problem. Won’t go here again unless I have no other option.

The waiting room was full when I walked in the door. I was immediately deflated. I signed in and was suspect when the system gave me a 5 minute wait response. Sure enough, the waiting list on the wall monitor moved quickly and I was called back with in 5 minutes. Michelle was my phlebotomist. She was pleasant, efficient and did a great job drawing blood (no pain). I was in and out of ACL in 15 minutes. Made my day!

Had blood drawn this morning by Carrie. She was awsome. Started my day smiling. She has an great personality. Rarely do I comment on nurses.

My daughter took my granddaughter there for blood work. (1st time mom and 1st time taking her 1 year old daughter for blood work) She called me immediately after VERY upset. She said they were very rude and in fact yelled at her for not holding the baby down tight enough. I wish I would have been with her! I am not sure after reading all of these reviews nothing is done about it!

This location is absolutely horrible. No one here pays you any attention. They would rather talk to each other about their outside life. My 2 year old had to go for a urine sample. They didn’t even acknowledge him. I will reaching out to the highest person I can to make sure no one else feels the way I do right now. I have never in my life been so disrespected.

I'm not sure why it's so hard to treat people with respect and kindness. I observe multiple employees talking down to the elderly. One because her English was broken another because she took to long to take out her insurance card.

Basically they get the job done. Most encounters they are rude, its rare that they are friendly.
UPDATE: Had to deal with them again My doctors office called me to ask me why I didn’t give ACL a “collection” (urine). All I knew was that I was supposed to have blood drawn and I told my doctors office that no one had mentioned needing a collection from me. My doctors called ACL and they said that I “couldn’t produce a specimen” (oddly specific for the liar)! If it wasn’t for my doctors, I wouldn’t have known that I needed it. I was LIVID! The person could’ve at least owned up and called me stating they forget to collect and I could’ve went back. I called about wanting to speak to a manager, the person who answered had me leave a message for a return call. I waited and hadn’t heard back. I called again, got sent to managers voicemail and left a message and I never heard back.
