Christy was my phlebotomist and was very nice. Hardly felt the poke! Making your appointment online and signing in via the link they text you was really easy and leads to a quick visit.

Been here for 39 minutes waiting, quest doesn't work at all, and doesn't tell you what department you'll be in or where you'll be.this is the slowest office i've ever dealt w and would not recommend

Not a great experience, was put with a staff member that seemed inexperienced. Tourniquet was put on too tight to the point that my whole arm was pulsing, then was never removed during the blood draw. I was told during the blood draw that my blood wasn’t flowing (have never been told this). I ended up passing out and the staff was very chaotic during this time. I’m very fearful of getting blood drawn and unfortunately this experience heightened my fear.

I’m terrified of getting my blood taken and Rachel went above and beyond to help me through the process. She even made some delicious Koolaid afterwards to help me out. I won’t go anywhere else to get my tests done now.

I was a little hesitant to come to this location after the reviews but I'm so glad I did. Fast service, friendly staff. I couldn't have asked for a better experience honestly

Exceptionally unhelpful staff. No desire by them to try to genuinely serve others witnessed anytime I've visited (several times). The staff has one concern and that's getting out of the office right at 5PM. Even if you walk on an hour before closing, they will not try to squeeze you in. The whole model of their business only benefits them and not anyone with a standard 9-5 job. I refuse to give ACL any more business if I can avoid it. They are rude and don't deserve to make money from my labs.

Some of employees are rude. Worse, they refused to forward my results to my doctor because I did not ask for that at the time of service. They just did not feel like doing that.
