I needed business insurance and was referred by the establishment I rent my store from. After my 3rd attempt calling this company and 2 weeks later with nothing but empty promises that "someone WILL call you back", and "I am sorry but everyone is in a meeting. " Really? Everyone? Not once but twice. I was very happy to get a policy On line, in 15 minutes and I am sure much cheaper from ANOTHER company!
