Aston Dental Care

Dr Dai is very professional and skillful on her dental services. She’s alway kind and patient to answer my questions and solve my dental problems. I am very happy with my treatments at her clinic and would recommend her to anyone who needs the dental services.

The billing in the place is a mess! During my last visit in Aug'23, I have to pay the service at the spot (not sure why, my insurance was the same). Staff said that I will receive payment from insurance later. As of Deb'23 now, I still haven't receive the reimbursement. I later called insurance and confirmed insurance indeed has paid them 2 days after the service back in Aug. I called in multiple times to get my money back and still no answer. Latest response was saying they didn't get insurance payment while previous response was Dr. Dai will send me the check. Please figure it out!

I am very happy with Aston Dental Care. Dr Dai and her staff are very nice and accommodating. I wouldn’t go to anyone else. I am a very nervous person when it comes to dentists and Dr. Dai and her staff always make me feel very comfortable. Trying to get my grandson to go to her because he has the same problem with anxiety and dentists.

Margaret is the best. Always on time and thorough. Thought it was odd that no one was at the front desk. Phone rang constantly with no one there to answer. Thought that was very unprofessional for an office. Otherwise always a good experience.

I Have inhouse ins and it's very affordable and Dr. Dai is the best at every aspect of treatment needed and very gentle and clinical staff are also up to date with treatment and cleaning, Margaret is the best. All patients are treated as #1 and the office is always fresh and clean.
