Today’s visit was very pleasant. The gentleman working here was very honest and helpful and was able to quickly fix the problem I had with my phone. Highly recommend this place for any tech repair.

The technicians are great at explaining and answering questions. They worked quickly to get my laptop back to me in a day and a half.

My experience was great. The Dillon answered all my questions, very helpful. Service was professional, performed in the expected time. I recommend Asurion.

INCOMPETENT, Avoid at all COST! GOT MY PHONE FIXED January 18th, today is January 30th, count the days that my phone screen literally fell off my phone and the cable connecting the phone to the screen broke with it, BECAUSE THEY USED NO 3M SCREEN ADHESIVE OR SCREEN GLUE TO HOLD THE SCREEN ON! AND THEY WILL NOT FIX IT, THEY WILL NOT FIX IT UNDER THEIR 1 YEAR UNDER WARRANTY, WANT ME TO PAY AGAIN FOR A NEW SCREEN, BC THEIR WORDS WE DON'T USE ANY ADHESIVE TO A FIX A PHONE SCREEN, JUST THE SECONDARY BACK UP CLIPS THAT ALINE THE SCREEN, SO IT STICKS TO THE ADHESIVE/GLUE, MY PHONE DROPPED FROM MY HAND ON THE TOILET AND THE SCREEN FELL OFF, THEY ARE SCAMMERS, BBB, DEPT OF CONSUMER AFFAIRS ALL GETTING COMPLAINTS. THEY SAY ITS NOT COVERED BECAUSE I DROPPED IT, IT FELL 1 AND A HALF FEET AND THE SCREEN FELL OFF DETACHING THE WIRES, IM WITHOUT A WORK PHONE NOW TILL THEY FIGURE IT OUT OR THE BBB, read carefully they are a scam company and I'm shaking in stress of all of this, YOU HAVE TO UNDER GOOGLE GUIDELINES TO REPAIR THE PHONE USE 3M ADHESIVE OR 3M GLUE TO REPLACE A PIXEL PHONE SCREEN. IF YOU DONT YOU DONT KNOW WHAT YOU ARE DOING IN A PHONE BUSINESS, I REPLACE PHONE SCREENS ON MANY PIXELS, THIS WAS UNDER INSURANCE SO I DIDNT, THEY DONT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING, COMPLETE INCOMPETENCE.

Horrible experience today, very unprofessional service. Had taken my iPhone 11 Pro for battery replacement. They told me to leave the phone for repairs and come in an hour. Went back they told me they had some problem calibrating and will be done in 10 min. Waited for an hour and they did not share what was going. I insisted to check the phone as it was a working day and wanted to check if any messaged or call. When I persisted to see the phone they explained they broke my screen while changing the battery. To be fair they said they will bear the cost for the OEM original screen. They could not calibrate the phone and asked me to come in another hour, I went in eventually at 330pm. They still could not make the phone operational. They again changed the original broken screen during repairs with a 3 rd party screen as their system would not allow to process the order. What I received was unoperational phone with a new battery which does not charge. When I insisted to talk to a manger they pressured me to pay by calling 911 and falsely claiming I was not intending to pay. My ask was to have a working phone which I had brought to repair and had gone to them with a hope as I have international travel next week. My nightmare started at 11 am and ended at 430pm. I would give zero stars for their unethical and unprofessional service. They kept changing their tune through the repair blaming others for their incompetence.

I had a problem with my computer because I couldn't remember the password to get into my computer so I took it to this place. Anyway they said that were going to be able to fix it. I picked up the computer the next day and they told me on the phone that I should just junk my computer because it can't be fixed. I went and picked up and again they told me to junk my computer because it couldn't be fixed. I then took it over to BEST BUY AND THEY WERE ABLE TO FIX. I DEFINITELY WAS NOT GOING TO JUNK MY COMPUTER BECAUSE IT COST ME OVER SIX HUNDRED DOLLARS. Amazing. I thought they told me that my computer couldn't be fixed? Hmm. Saved me quite a bit of money. THANK YOU BEST BUY!

Corey was a huge help today! He installed new cameras and a new screen on my broken iphone 11. He is a real expert and was very accommodating. He repaired my phone faster than expected.

Friendly customer service but too pricey. Apparently, it’s $350-400 to have a screen fixed for an iPhone 11 max pro.

Called about a cracked samsung screen, they said yep, we can fix it, bring it in.drove 15 minutes to get there, walk in only for the guy to tell me they only work on apple products. Their website says the work on samsung too.maybe guy didnt know what he was doing and just said that, what a waste of time.wont ever be back as i will never own an apple product

Best expiere I've ever had with tech repair in every way possible. I went in with my laptop that needed a new keyboard and I am extremely satisfied with the result. To top it off the customer service was incredible, these are super nice guys. Corey and his friend at the front desk were very helpful. I'm not going anywhere else for tech repairs from now on.

Amazing customer service. Quickly got my phone repaired. Julio helped me with my phone - he is very good at what he does and should be rewarded for his efforts.

This place used to be good but it has gone downhill. Not only does it smell like a landfill on a summer day but they try and sell you some sort of home protection plan in order to give you a discount on your repair. It’s so scammy and corporate. This used to feel like a good place to go where you could level with the guy and he would level with you when you get your phone fixed but those days are gone.

Great experience. Did not expect this place to be much at first. But Julio was awesome and I definitely left happy with a upgraded phone free of charge. Definitely coming back with any future issues.

Excellent customer service- repair was quick and thorough, and Corey was polite, honest, and went above and beyond to take his time in debriefing me of all issues relating to my phone and was knowledgeable in answering all of my questions. 10/10 would recommend!
