Impressive Service at A &T! Had Shopped at a competitor and was not a bit impressed. Went to A & T, and was greeted and treated professionally. The salesman Earl was more than helpful and not a bit pushy. I ordered a new Chevy Colorado and was given a fair value for my trade in. I was able the get my new wheels the following day. The whole A & T Team was a pleasure to deal with. I Highly Recommend this Place.

Hello this review is in regards to a vehicle I had purchased from A&T Chevy. It was an 09 Cadillac CTS which had 8,000 miles. After purchasing the vehicle from A&T Chevy I was very excited and went on my way. After a few days of getting use the vehicle I noticed that the vehicle had a few issues which were the brakes making noise due to an installation error, the lug nuts making noise, the vehicle skipping in reverse and last but not least a noise coming from the engine upon shut off. After bringing it into service the master tech went on a test drive with me and said they would take care of it. When I was called to pick up my car I was told that the brakes were fixed but everything else I was experiencing was normal and due to my vehicle being a high performance vehicle I had to make compromises. The skipping in reverse was due to outdated tires that should have never passed pa state safety inspection. Once I replaced the tires ($1,500.00) the noise and thumping disappeared. Now that some of other issues have evolved into problems I have learned that their internal system has Technical Service bulletins that clearly address all of the issues I was having at the time and they clearly avoided at all costs to not fix any of the issues. I would like to thank A&T Chevy for the great car and experience.

Horrible experience, bought a truck from here and it was a nightmare from start to finish. Everyone working here uses shady business tactics to sell vehicles. Wouldn’t recommend my enemy to shop here. You will have a better experience shopping through craigslist.

I had my vehicle in at Chevy service today. The service surpasses any other service department I have ever been to. So hats off to them.

2 years in a row I have not had my issues corrected by A&T. Not only were my problems with my truck (that is only 2 years old) not fixed, when I call to ask a question about a message on the menu screen of the truck, I'm told to wait and see if the problem continues. No one wants to find an answer for you. When I first told them about an issue with the heating/cooling system I was laughed at and told they knew nothing about it. Meanwhile there are numerous forums online where many chevy owners are talking about it. Seems like chevy should look to the internet to find out how to service their vehicles. If I knew this was the service I would receive I never would have bought a vehicle from them. Maybe next year I will be able to get the problems sorted out. If U read this review and are wondering if I am just a nitpicker, I'm not. My issues are with a window that does not go up, air or something that is trapped in the heating system that makes a ridiculous noise when you accelerate.

If you would like to be treated fairly and with respect and you happen to need a car, this is the place to go. Reasonable prices, nice cars, and no pressure sales. Mike was very kind to my son and we plan to purchase my son's car here. Can't say enough good about A and T.

I purchased my brand new Traverse and I am so happy! The dealer was very pleasant to talk with and not pushy. I got every thing I wanted. Although there were no running boards on the vehicle I wanted, they got ordered right away and put on with in the same week! My husband bought his Impala from here a few years ago and the service is great! They understand what you want and what you can afford. I would highly recommend A&T Chevrolet for anyone that wants a good experience.
