I had an excellent experience at this facility the first time I was here; so much so I came back again. The staff and aides are the best. They have a great Activities program. The food is decent. They have a hair stylist that comes in weekly. The housekeeping department does a fine job cleaning.

Thank you for the positive stay and results our mom has experienced during her rehabilitation from surgery. The passion for care expressed by Kelsey, the social work director, and the entire therapy staff has exceeded our expectations. In addition, the nursing staff and the staff support have treated her with patience and kindness, ever attentive to her safety, physical, and emotional well-being. We have also observed good, consistent housekeeping practices during her stay. The administrative services have been easy to work with.

Both of my parents were moved from the hospital with medical issues. My family was immediately invited to a staff meeting with therapists and Dir of Social Work; then a second meeting with Dir of Nursing, Dietitian, Activity Dir. One of us has been there each day and observed the caring staff, from nurses to cleaning personnel. Everyone has taken time to know our parents' names and match us to them as we come and go. Private meetings with Finance office representative have helped us navigate the system. We appreciate knowing our parents, 92 and 93 are safe, warm and having social interraction. Mom attended a Sunday service with local church bringing it to the facility. Thank you to all the staff!

The staff physical therapist nurses and nurses aides are the nicest kindest most caring people I've ever had. Especially the nurses and nurses aides. They all deserve medal. They are very good at what they do. Always there for you to help you with everything you need. They all go above and beyond with anything I needed. As far as I'm concerned my stay here was very good. I was here all summer when I broke both my arms and now with a broken hip. Actually the care here is so good I didn't want to go home. I highly recommend this facility to anyone who needs it.

If I could I give it minus 10. Theres NO way there 4 stars. They don't care about the patients just the money. I been here since October 2022 for therapy. You can turn on your call light it takes average any where from have half hour to an hour or two. I wait six hours once. Before someone will come. Should the most 10 mins. They stop my therapy on me said my insurance won't cover it since I'm from NY state. I appeal it and win. I had it about a week They stop it again. Every time I get doing better they stop it. The administrator doesn't know how to run a nursing home. The lady charge of therapy lies, administrator lies. I caught them lieing more the once. They tell you what they think what you want to hear. They can't keep good help here. They stay a few days and quit because they dont like how its run. Alot of them have told me there quitting because they late hiw they treat there help. Therapist the one should be fired. Ever time she opens her mouth she lieing. Now they took my vitamins away from me said I'm not aloud to have them. I had them ever since I been here. They told me I could buy them from them. They know I want to leave here. Go to another nursing home in NY.
They said they're trying to help. Evertime I fine a place tell me they have room for me. After this place talks to them. The place I found. Dont return my calls or they dont have space for me anymore. Five places I found turn down after this place talks to them.
I suggest before you bring a love one here come down talk to the patients here. The food here is the worst ever had. Alot times I order food out or I bought soups from Walmart put in microwave.

I refuse to rate this place because of the poor care to my grandmother. The room is never swept or mopped. Bed linen is never changed. Due to brain tumors water is never given knowing she is not able to do it herself. Call button pushed several times by family members with nurse sitting at the desk for pain. Food pieces under her sheets. Stains on pillow cases. Same water cup for several days. Much more! I am not pleased at all! Attends not changed every 2-3 hours as requested since she is bed riden due to needing therapy.
