ATI Physical Therapy, Doylestown PA

I am working with Brian. His treatment program is designed to add strength and flexibility for a bad back, increasing core strength. Entire staff is approachable prepared and I feel like they have my best interests at heart.

Kristen is an expert at hand Physical Therapy. I had broken a finger that had been immobilized for ten weeks (after two weeks of ignoring it). She was extremely knowledgeable, experienced and very nice with whom to work. I can't say enough about her concerted intervention and encouragement. Because of this dedicated therapist, I am able to use my hand without limitation (or, will be there shortly). I appreciate all you have done Kristen to help me regain the use of my dominant hand.

ATI is easy to work with. They take their time and do a through evaluation and rehab. Emily deserves special recognition for her knowledge and attention to detail. She should be given a large raise and perhaps a bonus.

I am working with Randy after hip surgery. He does a good job and seeing progress in just three visits. The place is spacious and there are numerous therapists there.

Easy transition. Listened to issues & got right to work. Exercises were increased & tweaked as needed.

My wife visited there for a consultation, she spoke with them about finances and they said they were going to bill the insurance company which we found strange because it was a consultation.

She then received a bill for $432.00 for the hour she spoke with them

There was a $300.00 adjustment and a $132.00 balance.

Then they found out, IBC is out of network and charged her $132.00. These conversations never took place about charges, we would never of agreed to. I don’t love insurance companies but it the intent seems wrong and the sneaky unethical behavior is why we will never return.

The customer service locally and in billing were helpless

I’ve been going to ATI Physical Therapy in Doylestown for the past few weeks. I have osteoarthritis in my knee, and we’re working on exercises to strengthen my leg muscles. The staff is outstanding, very knowledgeable, and caring. And the facility is clean and modern. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend Brian at ATI in Doylestown! He is a great listener and gave me exercises that helped strengthen my rotator cuff. Andrea also did a great job making me feel welcome.

Facility is clean and organized, scheduling was easy and fit in where I needed to, and staff was amazing! Friendly, professional, sweet, I could see how much they cared about everyone they were working with. It really felt they were genuinely cheering you on. What a wonderful experience!

Kristen Lutter is terrific. Very gentle yet productive in helping me gain range of motion after my elbow surgery. Also worked with my personal trainer and went above and beyond. ATI and your patients are lucky to have her.
