The driver this morning literally almost crashed into me doing an illegal move. Pictures to follow I had to literally was pushed off the my lane by him. Getting onto city ave at 8: 00 am

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY if care for your loved one. You will literally put their lives at risk. Every single van that has transported my toddler daughter had one or more of the following issues. Doors are broken and will not open from outside, exhaust leak, vehicle shutting down while van is driving (daily event), lift (s) are broken requiring you to lift the wheelchair and person onto platform from ground, passenger seat belts broken and would not retract, no air conditioning (daughter has very severe complex epilepsy/seizures), impaired drivers, many drivers quit from poor treatment, drivers not trained on how to strap chair or equipment properly. All of these issues were formally written and verbally communicated over 20+ times. No repairs were made and another broken van was sent in it's place. 5 total to be exact. Please note that all of this took place jeopardizing the lives and safety of all person including my daughter and her nurse on a daily basis. Also know that there was medical equipment on board including oxygen tanks. Once I made a formal complaint (with all accounts documented) with our county and state the owner Ben called me and cancelled our route permanently. PLEASE PROTECT YOUR LOVED ONE

Do not trust your children to be transported by this company. They tried to drop off my kid at the wrong house. They don't verify the person picking up is actually the parent. They must speed based on when they leave the school and when they arrive at your house. They no- show for school pickup and expect parent to drive child with 5 minutes notice. I refused services and drove my child to school and fought the school district after 4 unsafe situations in less than a week so they would get us a new company. If you see them listed as the contracted transportation company I would recommend doing the same. Completely unsafe business practices. Terrifying actually that they are trusted with children's lives.

This company is absolutely disgusting! DO NOT trust these people with your special needs children!

This transportation company is under an active investigation for an aide that took his seat belt off while the driver was driving and grabbed an autistic student by the throat and slammed him into the seat.

I work for Atlas and I feel very happy to work for this company we are a company whose priority is the safety of our students

Communication could be better but my son LOVES his drivers. They always show him a lot of love and care and big smiles which is important with special needs kids.:)

I just had an Atlas driver pass me in an active school zone going way over speed limit. For someone driving “school students” that is very irresponsible and unprofessional.

This people don't have respect for private parking they got a ticket you're vehicle #120now you mait now how was the driver stop don't be toud.

God bless anyone who trusts this company to get anyone anywhere safely. This lady has a school students sticker strung on the front of her car for christs sakes and is swerving around cars into the shoulder in traffic on 76 during rush hour about to cause an accident every 2 minutes.

This van is driving very fast and reckless about to cause an accident. What kind of business van behaves like that? ! Soooo unnecessary & unprofessional l.

I left a message for this company to inform them that their driver WITH children on board was traveling probably about 80 mph on 202. They never got back to me. As you can see in the pics, I was going 69 in a 55, shame on me, BUT they were going even faster with CHILDREN ON BOARD!

Whoever wants to work here knows this, they only pay 90 dollars divided into two batches a day, 45 for taking it and 45 for picking it up, and you pay for the gasoline of the vehicle that they give you out of those 90 dollars that they pay a day, and you also have to sign a contract where you are responsible to the vehicle in case of an accident where you agree to pay up to 5000 dollars in damages and after that they put what is missing that is if you are at fault for the accident and you also have to take the vehicles to the repair shop machanica to fix it or give maintenance and years helpers pay them 60 pesos a day 30 to take and 20 to pick up and this Andreo and the managers treat Hispanics with a very unpleasant attitude and all this without mentioning that when I worked there I spent daily between 25 and 28 dollars a day, so the hours cost me less than 12 dollars an hour per day

I was never contacted before transportation for my child was to begin. I figured I would transport him myself but the first day he was supposed to start, I woke up at 6: 53am to a phone call telling me the bus was going to be late. I asked what time, as I was never told what time he would normally be picked up or even where the stop was. They said 8. Okay. We waited outside until 8: 10 when he had to be at preschool at 8: 15. Nobody showed up so he was a little late. I called to speak with a supervisor and he said he didn't know why nobody called me. He apologized and asked if I wanted my son picked up by the driver for afternoon pickup. After such a big mistake on the first day, i dont trust the company and I politely declined. I was asked to send an email to the office to be officially taken off the list.

I did that and nobody replied. An explanation and acknowledgment of such a huge screw up would have been nice. In this case, they were transporting multiple children with special needs to the intermediate unit preschool. Not all of these children can communicate with other people and it takes a lot for us parents to trust someone to transport our kids. After this and the lack of response from the company, I don't know how I could ever trust this company with my child. It doesn't seem like anyone but the man I spoke with cared.
