I came up here from the Hazleton AT&T, after having an exhausting day of not getting anywhere. I was treated with the upmost professionalism by the salesman. He had me in and out and switched under an hour. This place will be the go to place for my AT&T needs!

Everyone was super helpful and patient. Shane was extremely helpful when helping me pick a new phone and giving me the best options to save money. He was very patient and the other sales reps were friendly and knowledgeable.

Honestly it was the reps that made the difference. They were patient and attentive. Gave me all options and than explained the difference.

I recently switched to AT&T through a great deal while at Sams Club. I then went to an att store to get a discount through my job (one of the main reasons for switching) and was told it was only for emergency personal (those who work in the ER or EMT) which it does not specify in the coupon that I printed from the website. So i feel like this was not accurate and they did not want to give me the deal just because i already received a discount at SAMs club even though the associate said he was pretty sure it could be used. I probably wont be staying with them long term.

Very friendly and helpful guy did mess up my billing tho but alll in all good experience they need to be trained on how to deal with billing and promotion deals even more so when a customer has direct tv they guy took off my hotspot to make my bill cheaper but then that took away my free hbo for direct tb for having everything unlimited big pain to fix since if you call the 1800 number you get someone from India who can’t even speak English

Do not do business with this store. Deception deception, lies, and cheats. No symmetry with their own customer care department. No customer service skills, when we asked for a district manager we were refused and told to call customer care. Not the company you want to deal with. Total poor experience. Can’t say enough bad things.

Always busy but they work through it quickly. Best bet is to call ahead and make an appointment. But clean store and great ppl working.

After a debacle in NJ (please read more of reviews in regards to this) i marched up in the ATT store in wilkes barre and was greeted by lenny.not only did lenny allow me to update my new iOS 13.2 in the store, he asked the appropriate questions and found out i was a vet of the navy and improved my discount for LIFE.now if thats not proper customer service i dont know what is.absolutely outstanding customer service and wait times.lenny, please keep up the good work

Have been an AT&T customer since they took over Cingular. Went to buy my daughter a new phone. Walked in and a salesperson David, asked if he could help. I was already on my way to look at the phones and did not respond to David. Apparently in this store, if you dont respond to the employees they have the right to get snippy and loud with you. David started with an attitude because I didnt respond to his liking. I am asking AT&T to please send me the rules that a customer must follow in order to not be treated like trash. Thank you.

I think this is the best place to get a cell phone not because of network but because the people know what they're doing and actually seem to actually want to help. As in this location not the other one. I mean They just know what they are doing. Competence you really cannot say enough note Webbie things about it. I literally went threw a nightmare with other stores. That wouldn't let me save my business phone number which by law I should be allowed to do. They resolved it in half an hour. The other AT&T store have no idea what the hell they were doing. This one got me a traffic deal where patient and actually understood what they were doing. $45 a month Unlimited Text data calling. And I kept my business phone number.quite honestly being polite and patient was just a bonus. After the other five places of being rude and stupid it was like stepping out of hell and into Paradise. But also the only place I ever saw that sold a 40 amp power adapter locally with universal speed charging for $25 so yeah they also have all the nice extras for your phone! Not a lot of extras just literally the very best ones at really good prices. Yes if you changing networks pick this place if you're trying to get some really great add-ons for your phone ditto. Yes they offer more at Walmart and other places but this place offers stuff I never seen before and even (Geeks call me a geek) was simply unbeatable prices and of the very highest quality.

If I could choose a negative 5 star rating I would! I switched to AT&T 2 years ago after 12 years with Verizon, it was the biggest mistake I ever made! I went in with a problem I have with my service that a rep was working to help me with. He had to call the customer and tech support. Even he was transferred and was given the run around like is always given when I call AT&T. The representatives on the phone just lie right to your face. The sales representative who was helping me was getting frustrated because he was getting nowhere and he was really trying to help me. He went to ask his manager ROB if he could help with the issue. I showed him the problem I was having and he told me to go home and call tech support. I stressed to him all of the problems that the sales representative who was helping me and I was having when we called. I told him that we kept getting transferred around, getting misleading information, etc. I asked if he could call and explain that he is the manager and see if they can help. He refused to. He was rude and didn’t want to do his job! I told him I am going to make a complaint because of all the issues I have had in the past two years. He told me to go home and call tech support, basically saying why would he have to call and deal with them. A company is only as good as it’s help and that says a lot for AT&T! I will have to say, the initial sales representative who was helping me tried to be as helpful as he could, but I could even see him getting frustrated as we were calling tech support because if the runaround.

Went there for a new phone and not one sales person asked if i need help. Left after 15 minutes and went to Best Buy and walked out after about a 1/2 hour with my new phone and saved money also!

Well it's a AT&T store so there's always a ridiculous wait but once you actually get to talk to someone they are actually helpful.
