I'd like express my sincere appreciation for all of Savannah's efforts in resetting my Samsung phone. I have spent all of the past two days trying to make this happen. She is a most valuable asset to AT&T and should be acknowledged for her efforts and professional attitude. Thank you agsin.

When I moved to the Poconos I switched to ATT and now at this store for the 2nd time. My experience has been above and beyond at this store and far better than a nearby store that created a lot of delays and problems with my account. Jessica, my first point of contact was smart, efficient and helpful. Her manager Steven, intervened and resolved a problem that was created at a nearby ATT corporate store. He was our hero in a cape! This team is my GOTO for everything I’ll ever want and need at ATT!

Came here this past weekend to get some quotes on moving my family’s plan from Verizon to AT&T. The deal was so good I ended up moving all 4 lines over to AT&T. The staff there is really helpful. Kyle, Anthony and Jessica helped me through the whole process and the manager Steven was super helpful as well and made sure everything ran smooth. I had all my pictures and info on my & my kids phones backed up into our new phones. As a single mom every penny counts so I love that I’m now saving more! Big hugs to everyone at this store! First time coming out since the whole pandemic. I do appreciate how these employees here in this store make you feel safe and comfortable. There were about 15 people standing inside the store squeezed like sardines, but Stephen who is the manager, came over because he was able to see I was uncomfortable. We went over to our own individual table far from everyone else. Now I am happy with my iPhone.

I went to get my iPhone upgraded and didn’t realize that this is a new owned store, now called blue link wireless. I have to say the customer service here was the best I have ever received anywhere, very informative on all types of new deals and promotions i will definitively come back for the AT&T TV they offer, much cheaper then cable and my kids will love it! I didn’t feel stupid for asking so many questions and the manager Steven and his team, Galvin and Masi were really patient and helpful. I’m happy with the service I got

It’s been a while since I saw some hard working passionate individuals. This is not just a job to this team they are like good friends. Make you feel so comfortable I feel so happy leaving this store with my new iPhone. They are such good help. I would buy a drank for any of these awesome people. Came here a day after the new Blue Link Wireless company Grand Opening. I have been coming to this store for years and I have to say the service I received today was impeccable. Steven, the manager, was so nice and helpful. I felt so welcomed in this store. He helped me update the backup needed for my phone, and helped me set up my entire watch that I purchased from the store. Absolutely amazing service. Will refer everyone I know to come here. 10/10 service. Way to go

Lost the phone, had insurance but had to call INSURANCE myself and wait for insurance to send phone. SO I WAS TOLD THE ONLY WAY TO GET A PHONE IMMEDIATELY WAS TO BUY ONE FOR $1100. So tell me what is the insurance for? By the way I’m a 9 year customer. I’m looking into changing to VERIZON. SO MUCH FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I went into the store expecting costs for a new iPhone 11 with trade in to be what the chat agent told me the night before. It was supposed to be $. 47 more to go on the AT&T unlimited plan per month plus $5 per month with trade-in. I was then hit with having to pay all sales tax up front, around $24, plus my switch to the new phone brought my monthly cost to $80/month from less than $65. Then I find out that iPhone gives you a high-speed charging wire but no adapter. It’s not the standard usb plug so you have to pay an additional $20+ for the plug. When the agent was preparing to erase my phone, the phone was laid out flat for me to enter my pin, in full view of the agent! I was told the old phone would be wiped but since I didn’t see it happening, my passwords stored on the phone could be easily accessed and I use the same pin for several apps. I’m not 100% comfortable that no information wasn’t withheld and my accounts can be accessed or sold to another party.

Fast, courteous, and extremely helpful. The young lady helping me was at her end of her shift she stayed to help me even tho I had to leave to get my wife’s phone. She stayed with me until everything was done and not once did she show she was annoyed or frustrated since i was holding her past her end time Thank you for your patience

I just want to take a moment and thank Quincy for all his help. Anytime I go to AT&T he’s the only one that I will work with I am not text savvy. I have more issues with technology then I would like to admit but he always has the answer he’s friendly and respectful. Quincy is just a delightful person in general. Your the employee of the year.

Quincy or Q was the best rep I had the pleasure of dealing with. He was not only understanding but honest. The honesty was amazing he was not pushy to sell he was understanding funny and he knew his stuff. Everytime I go to the mt Pocono store I only look for him. I have a business account I only want him to handle. If he leaves so will I l att needs more people like him.
