AT&T Store, Philadelphia PA

Jasmine and her coworkers helped me track my lost phone that I left in a Uber. She went above and beyond to make sure I got my phone back. She helped me reset my passwords that I forgot and also helped me use the find my iPhone feature that I didn’t know existed. Highly recommend

Went there with some phone issues and jasmine was such a huge help. She was sweet and took the time to help me with upgrading my phone! Was a quick & pleasant experience

The store employee seemed very annoyed and didn't help at all. He was saying things indirectly like if we didnt understand and hear him. My 14 year old nephew was more helpful at explaining the difference of the phones. When I decided on a phone I was told they were all out of stock. That they only had apple phones. It was really a waste of time.

The best service I’ve received in an AT&T store! Scott was very pleasant and helpful. He was able to give me such a good deal on my plan that I wound up adding another device…with no remorse! 10000/10 I highly recommend. EVERY employee in this store is nice!

I'd rather talk to a person to conduct my business than be refered to another machine.i ended call

I called the store to see if they had a particular phone. I was on hold for over 10 minutes. No one came back on the phone to give me any type of response. I got annoyed and hung up this is unprofessional. I'll spend my money elsewhere

I give ATT 2 stars because of one gentleman (I am sorry I can not remember your name because you deserve to be mentioned) he shock me, he was veey nice & very helpful & I didn't feel like I annoyed him by asking a simple question. He is a one of a kind when it comes to AT&T. THANK YOU!
I have been with AT&T for 15 yrs & hated going into an AT&T store, you are always made to feel like you shouldn't be there & you are bothering them.
Can someone tell me this, what do they do there?
If you have a problem, they actually put you on the phone with the same customer service that you call from home. The prices in there are always so much higher then any other stores, (if you are an at&t customer that is where you should get the lower prices. I never see it crowded. How do they stay open?

Nice clean friendly and efficient however the security guard wearing mask under his nose the entire time we were there purchasing a new phone.

Scott was a big help and really worked to find the plan for us. He patiently helped us through the whole process and provided his card if we needed further help or had questions. We really appreciated his professionalism and friendliness.

Laziest bunch of people I have ever been around, if you have any sense at all stay away from this place and people.

Male employee named "Izon", who works Tues, is very rude and unprofessional! Acted high on drugs, slouching, and very very rude. Yelled at a customer before me too, I was shocked. He took forever to get anything done. Been a customer here for years and have never had this treatment before or such useless service. Izon even charged me for wrong services and I had to bring in my bill to have the manager fix it, Izon should be fired. Horrible customer service and lazy employees.

Went there today to upgrade my phone. Tasha was awesome. As others have said, this store seems a bit under staffed, so expect to wait a few minutes before being helped.

If I could do less than one star I would. I walked in to about four employees working. Not one said hello or acknowledged my presence. I waited maybe 45 minutes for then someone to come up to me and greet me with a “hi. ” I will never go back here ever again.

The 2 male employee there are unprofessional and rude.wish i remember their name.would never ever goes there again nor recommend anyone to go there.been with att since it was cingular and these 2 new idiot are usless employee

Overly long wait with no check in system. Staff doesn't greet people. Once waited on, service was good

The person who helped me was very patient and kind. She worked with me to get my upgrade6 and plan changed for 2 and a half hours. Thank you!

People were rude and unprofessional esp a woman behind the desk. Definitely worth making the drive to a different location for at least average customer service.

Very Bad experience, sales person doesn't know what he's doing, assistant manager refused to acknowledge their mistake. Instead blame it on customer. Will never come back to this store! Enter at your own risk! I don't want to give even one star!
