AT&T Store, Gilbertsville PA

Waited in the store for 15 min while the rep was out back on a break. He walked in on the phone and rather than hanging up he asked what he could help me with. I said I'll wait until you're done, he put the phone on mute and then asked again as if I was bothering him. 0 customer service skills. I'll take my business to another store

I bought a phone through Best Buy but they wanted to charge me $80 to help me set it up. I did it myself, it things didn’t not transfer over. I went into the AT&T store in Gilbertsville and Sam, James, and Jorge were the nicest and most helpful people ever! They helped me and didn’t pressure me into buying Direct TV. They were genuine and did recommend a product, which I ended up buying. I live about 45 minutes from this location, but will go back because of their amazing customer service. Great job, guys!

Sam, was amazing, I went in there because I down loaded somthing on my phone which for some reason I seem to do a lot.

I went into the store and greeted friendly which made me happy Sam gave me great service and I was highly impressed with Sam style old fashion but effective customer service and I was impressed will give Sam my business

I upgraded to a newer phone and Jorge at Gilbertsville was able to help me with the transfer with no issues! He was very helpful and very knowledgeable! Very polite! Would recommend Jorge for any needs or services! Great job! In and out of the store in 15 min!

Sam was very helpful with our ATT account. All of my questions were answered. Even though we didnt purchase any phones that day, when the time comes for us to purchase new phones we will go to the Gilbertsville store and ask for Sam Churchray.

Sam was extremely helpful. This whole day has been very confusing and hectic and no one could help us, not the Apple store, not other AT&T stores, no one. However we figured we would try to go to our local AT&T store and see if they could help. Sam was able to help us and Answer all of our questions. I can’t thank him enough, he gave us a straight forward answer and I hope his boss looks at it review and really appreciates how great of a employee they have. I think Sam deserves a raise or promotion.

Just had a great experience at the AT &T store in Gilbertsville. Sam Churchray was very helpful in walking me through the differences between a Samsung Galaxy 7 and an iPhone. Being a senior citizen, I appreciated Sam's patience. As a result, I purchased an iPhone.
