AT&T Store, Feasterville-Trevose PA

We stopped into this store for help in transferring information from old iPhone to new iPhone. Kenny was so very helpful in not only doing this for us but explaining what he was doing. There was an issue in getting the iPhone to work and, rather than telling us to find out why and getting it done on our own, Kenny made the necessary calls (of course asking our permission) and got it working. What should have taken 30 minutes took approximately 2 hours. All the time Kenny was pleasant, informative, polite, friendly and very patient.
I definitely recommend this particular location to anyone who needs assistance or products from AT&T to use this location. Thank you Kenny for all your help and patience!

Unfortunately, I have to give this location -1 star. It states that the store is open on Wednesday 10AM–8PM. I go to the store around 10: 20am. I don't see any cars and the lights are off. The door is locked. From the parking lot, I called customer service who stated that someone should be there and that they checked into that location. I double checked. I did not see anyone and the door was locked. The rep said that they will report the incident. The rep also stated that they received a similar complaint about this location in the past.

Sad to see how this store became unreliable and untrusted in a matter of several years. I stopped by to activate a pre-paid number several month ago and received a service denial.manager said he couldn't activate a number (most likely because he wasn't getting paid on pre-paid activations) and sent me to another location. I can't trust or rely on this location anymore, even though this is the nearest store. Forced to go to other stores at this point to upgrade my devices or add new lines. A simple pre-paid cost you $$

I came to fix the internet and got my problem resolved. They have great workers and I had a excellent visit!

BUYER BEWARE! Do not do an online order to this store, they will not honor it. They will process it as ready for pickup and when you show up to pickup for your paid order, they will take your information and then mark it as if you decided to canceled it and refuse to give you your paid product that they have in stock. They claimed the phones they have are reserved for “new lines only” even though I paid in full and reserved it online. They canceled y order then wanted me to purchase a new line or payment plan in order for them to receive extra commissions. I was specifically told by the two employees if I had come in earlier in the month “maybe they could have provided my order, but since it’s the end of the month they can’t. Their stock is ‘reserved’ for new customers only (I.e. Commissions). The fact that I had been an at&t customer for 20+ years and already PAID IN FULL meant nothing to the greedy employees. Corporate was not happy to hear what happen and that the employees cancelled a paid in full order that I wanted. So beware and do not trust that these employees they do not have your best interests in mind, they are only looking out for their commissions and making the most money off you.

I wasted several hours of my time at this location due to unprofessional, rude employees who refuse to take no for an answer. They also refused to honor the return policy because the "manager", by the name of "Q" said it's "his store and he runs it how he wants". This is unacceptable behavior. I finally did the return and he charges me 55 dollars for a restocking fee for an unopened product I bought three days ago. He told me to never come back to his store. He then threatened to hack my phone account and followed me to my car and began to verbally assault me because I called him an a**hole for ripping me off. This person should not be working in customer service to say the least. If my identity is compromised in any way there will be a lawsuit.

This AT&T location is a small, stand alone store. There is not much on display. I was interested in purchasing accessories. There was a variety of accessories on display but the choices were limited. Also, there were no prices displayed. I have a problem with that. There was one person working but he was assisting someone else. I was acknowledged but waited longer than expected. The store is rather unorganized and in need of a cleaning. There is parking.

Staff is very helpful and guide you through any questions or concerns! Overall great customer service!

Karon was the very knowledgeable professional who assisted with upgrading my phone and optimizing my plan. Can not say enough about how appreciative I am for his expertise and ability to save me money too! Highly recommend this ATT store and in particular this associate.
