AT&T Store, Mechanicsburg PA

Two months ago I went in to the Mechanicsburg store (Silver Spring Square) to add unlimited 5G to my plan and came out with a new phone number added to my bill (without my consent or knowledge). My bill increased by over $60 a month. I went back to complain and got no satisfaction. Called My ATT and they gave me a credit, removed the bogus number and told me to report the scam to my store. When I went back to the store to complain and ask for the manager’s email, the worker told me I was basically making up my claim. He refused to give me the supervisor’s name. He even asked me if theirs was the store where this happened after denying that it happened. I was angry at being told I was mistaken and possibly making this up, and his next step was to ask me to leave. Sheesh. I will have to contact MyATT again to get additional service and I do not look forward to this process. I do not recommend this store.

I received the best customer service from Andre at this location. He was patient with me as I was indecisive on which phone I wanted to purchase. As soon as my mind was made up, I was out of the store in less than 30 minutes with all of my items.

I went into this AT&T store to change my phone plan this afternoon. I was met with above and beyond service from Ervin and Chance. Very personable and knowledgeable guys that AT&T is lucky to have. Thanks for all your help guys!

Ervin was very friendly and made the experience awesome. Talk with other customers about the ear buds and phone itself and see the pictures it TAKES.

Andre was incredibly helpful! Andre was extremely patient and professional over the multiple visits that it took to work through a complicated network issue. His depth of knowledge was invaluable. Can't recommend enough!

Can’t speak about this store or AT&T in general because I have T-Mobile. I can express my concern for what type of employees are have working at this store. Chantze a not so long employee reached out to me because his phone was broken so I let him borrow my purple iPhone 11. When I asked for it back I got blocked and was told he traded it into his account. Absolutely disgusting act from someone I wasn’t close with. I was helping someone out for his phone to never be broken in the first place and to trade it into AT&T. Do not shop here the employees might steal your phone

Service at the Mechanicsburg AT&T store was awesome. They helped me immediately and got me exactly what I needed.

This was our first experience with AT&T and we were very pleased! As soon as I walked in I was approached by a representative and he was able to make the switch from another company a very smooth and pleasant experience. We were very satisfied with our service!

I needed to change my service plan since it was going to expire. I went to the Mechanicsburg AT&T Store, and as always, was provided with excellent service. Not only did they help me come up with a new plan.they helped come up with a better plan for both of my iPads. Chance and André are keeping the great reputation of this store at the highest level.

Sophia was an amazingly polite, knowledgeable, courteous, patient representative for AT&T. I was openly ready to move on to another provider. Sophia listened to our needs and concerns and within minutes put my wife and I at ease by providing us with options that directly addressed or needs. What a wonderful experience. We have purposely been putting off our visit based on prior experiences with other customer service reps in the past. I can honestly say I feel so much more comfortable knowing Sophia is available to speak with.

All you AT&T users…. If you need a new phone go to the Mechanicsburg store and see CHANTZ DAVIS….: . Highly recommend him. Knowledgeable, not a hard salesman and lots of fun while phone is transferring! Now let I have to get used to this new phone!

Terrible customer service. Went into store had a question the representative did not know anything. He told me to call att. Was not even interested in helping me out. Bought a galaxy s22 ultra 8 mo ago from here. Will never buy from this store again
