AT&T Store, West Chester PA

Nice guy but he did not engage what he said he did and I has zero service in the UK until I connected to hotel Wi-Fi.

I think he’s the manager. The one with slicked back wolf man brown hair. He always wears a blue zip up AT&T shirt too. He is so unprofessionally rude. 5 members have walked into that store on separate occasions and he acts like a 12 year old boy who you are seriously bothering and annoying that you are walking through the door. When I left after a 2nd visit and he had the same responses to my visit, I left thinking “sorry to bother you at work”. He mumbles and talks so softly in an annoyance tone when you are in conversation, it’s seriously uncomfortable and again just ridiculously unprofessional and unwelcoming. I’m only writing the review because after a 5th family member tells their experience there and we realize we’re talking about the same person, I felt like this needed to be shared with AT&T.

Pedro on the other hand. If I could give 10 stars reviewed I would. Amazing employee. I wanted to tip him when I left. Pedro, you’re an awesome guy, don’t change a thing about how you treat people at the store. I was there for almost 2 hours troubleshooting and didn’t get frustrated at all because I knew I was getting the best customer service ever from Pedro

Agent at the store signed me up for phone insurance and NextUp without asking me. Wasted so much time canceling these.

Walking into the AT&T store I was absolutely lost. I had been on my family’s plan for 16 years and had no idea how to go about getting on my own. As soon as I walked in, Albert seamlessly lead me through the process! He was extremely knowledgeable and I immediately trusted him to find me the exact plan I needed. Albert was able to assist me in getting my husband and I both switched to a new account, and made it SO EASY! I admit I was not looking forward to stopping at the phone store after a long day of work, but Albert made me glad I did!

Trevor was just amazing! He knows his job well courtesy respectful knowledgeable on all products! Just a pleasure to work with him! He deserves a raise! Thank you Trevor!

I just checked it out as I'm thinking about switching phone carriers because Google fi is ridiculously expensive for not even unlimited 5G as that is another twenty dollars.just sucks I still owe them fvckers money for my dickxil⁵. Lame sauce all damn day boi.anyway place was clean and the workers actually greeted me when I walked it which was cool and all.

I was told that my trade was worth $350.00 but my trade in receipt stated $85.00 and had the wrong specs for my trade in device. 64 gig vs actual 256 gig.

Matt was great! Friendly, professional and informative. He was efficient in assisting us in selecting options and a new phone.

If I could rate this location 0 stars I would. This location is the absolute worst one! Never in my life have I ever had this bad of customer service. It is worth the drive to go to any other location. I was 100% screwed over. I went into this store 2 times in the past week. The first time I went in the one worker was very ignorant. He was not helpful what so ever. I decided to go back to hopefully get a different worker but no luck. This time I decided even though the worker was rude it was time for a new phone. BIG MISTAKE! Since the phone I wanted was not in stock I placed an order. The worker said it would be delivered FRIDAY morning then when I called to ask where the phone was he said it wouldn’t be delivered until 2 weeks from the original date. When I got home I realized he also sold me the wrong size case and screen protector to go with my phone. This entire experience should have been exciting but instead it was very stressful. Never going back to this location!

Turk is the guy to see for ATnT. He listened to all of my concerns, needs and questions. Came up with a solution to my problem, which ended up being just a volume issue. I’ll be back to upgrade my phone with Turk and no one else. He is absolutely fabulous!

Zachary was fantastic from beginning to end. Twice. Helped me with trade-in I did online that went wrong. He cleared it all up and even helped better my deal and make sure my account was cleaned up. Very responsive. Very knowledgeable. Very professional and friendly. Definitely should have gone here instead of trying to do it online.

I usually dread going to any phone store, however Zachary L was so informative and helpful. He provided options that could save me $$ and I was in and out of the store with a new phone in less than 30 minutes!

Dave, store manager, was Fabulous! Personable, informative, helpful and efficient. He put together a package of so many products and gave us a great deal on all of it! We have always loved this store but Dave really hit it out of the park! We walked out with 2 IPhone 12 Max, 2 watches, 2 cases and a pair of ear buds. For a reasonable amount. We traded in 2 devices and 2 other phones. All in about an hour+. And he is very funny

Zachary was the most amazing person to work with. We came in around closing time and he spent so much time with us making sure we were properly taken care of. He was knowledgeable on everything we asked him about. I will only be going to this store in the future as it’s impossible to find quality help at AT&T stores these days!

Just recently got my phone upgraded and added a line for my daughter…Zachary was extremely helpful and made it very easy for us! We also went in today with a simple question and they helped us right away and got us taken care of. Very friendly and helpful!

Zachary was absolutely the best person to work with to get my new iPhone. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and a joy to work with. Beyond that he is a kind and compassionate human! I am so deeply grateful to have received such incredible service. My experience here at the west Chester AT&T was was amazing Zachary was a major help in every question and concern I had I would definitely recommend coming here and asking for him directly for any of your phone needs.
