Joe at the Pleasant Valley Blvd.store was very knowledgeable and helpful in getting me set up with a new Galaxy S22. He made the process completely painless and took the time answer all of my questions, as well as transfer all of my data from my old phone to the new one.

Nat was an extreme help he helped me get a new phone and helped me figure out what to do fast and helped me understand everything he helped me get my phone set up and get accessories. I was extremely pleased with the service10/10

Nate was the best I’ve been involved with yet. I think that it’s harder because my 92 year old handicapped dad need extra help. If everyone was like Nate the world would be a better place. Thanks Nate. I wish you only the best. Employee if the year in my opinion. Thanks from dad and I.

I stopped in last weekend to purchase a new phone & Nate was quick to do that for me. He did not rush anything & even told me about some specials that i was unaware of. My new phone is great and Nate is the man!

Terrible service. I know the employees are overworked due to the holidays but my representative made it very clear they were only there to sell me a device. Seems like they are only there to make a commission.

Very helpful and knowledgeable about phones. I was able to take my time looking at the available products, and the staff were available to answer all the questions I had before purchasing a phone.

They got absolutely everything that they were asked to do wrong!
EDIT- I wanted to add an edit because the manager, David, replied to my review. We spoke, and he genuinely tried to help us resolve the issue. That effort was definitely appreciated.

My and someone got phones from At&t when that person lost their phone and reported it things went left. My bill went from 103 to 300 and it’s was because of the other person losing their phone. I continue to pay my phone bill and then they turned my phone off. When asked why they told me because the other phone hasn’t been paid on and the other phone wasn’t mines. So my phone got cut off after I paid the bill for it. They got free money out of me and now I’m going to a different phone company. Didn’t know they will turn off both phones when one phone bill doesn’t get paid. I have three children and they shut my phone off Tuesday right before Thanksgiving so I couldn’t even share our memories and fellowship for my friends and rest of my family to see. They didn’t even care either they said if the other phone is not paid then both phones will be off bc they’re on the same account. I never experienced this with no other phone company. I left a phone company to come to At&t and was warned not to but did anyway and learned my lesson. They kind of did me like sprint and that’s why I haven’t been back with sprint. They charges me the whole year I was deployed and didn’t use their phone. Bill was thrown out they got sued by many and I never went back and I’m not coming back to At&t either.

Nate not only helped me get the phone that i wanted, but, also helped me and my dad get a phone plan that worked best for us. Highly recommend Nate as someone to go to when purchasing a new phone.

Nate was great with helping me to try and find an Otterbox. He had a great attitude towards getting me upgraded from my Samsung Galaxy 8+ to a Samsung Gaxlaxy 21.
