At&T is great. Assistance manager and Jeff were knowable, friendly, and super efficient. Couldn't ask for better!

I went to the KOP store this weekend, and there were not enough people working. Sales reps were taking calls for from customers on the phone while many people were physically waiting in the store. In store customers should be given priority. I walked out the store and called AT&T customer service where I was able to get help.

Went in today to do my next up upgrade for my phone there were issues with trying to get my new phone through the at&t service unfortunately the workers in the store were newer to the job and the manager was not in store to help with anything spent a total of 4.5 hours trying to get everything figured out with no luck so I had them put the service back to my old phone and I left very disappointed I will probably end up paying off my old phone completely and close my account with at&t and not return

I went in to upgrade a couple of lines. When I checked my account later in the night I noticed that the rep had added 3 new lines to my account without my consent. Do not do business with this location.

I went to the nearby Apple Store for a phone repair. After dealing with terrible customer service from Apple, I went to AT&T to reactivate my esim after my repair. Unfortunately I can't remember his name but the man (maybe Jeff?) who helped me at AT&T was excellent. He showed care and concern for my issue and was extremely informative and helpful throughout the process. He even took the time to put a new screen protector on for me (and he did it perfectly, I might add) after Apple had ruined mine. Thank you so much for making my bad day a little brighter!

Tried to ask them if they can transfer from prepaid account to postpaid (customer service said i need to come store to do it) but they said they can not do it.

My husband and I must’ve came on a bad day. We came into the store with the hopes of upgrading our iPhone 12 to IPhone 14. We asked to see the iPhone 14, we were told that they do not have any on display because the chargers were broken. He also said they had the phones in the back but directed us to go downstairs to Apple to look at them. We let him know that we were due for an upgrade and he asked “were we sure” we said yes when we pay our bill online it lets us know. He says “they say that to everyone” he didn’t even bother to look our account up. We were talked out of upgrading our phone AFTER letting the associate know that we were having trouble with our phones, such as slow loading, messages and calls not coming through. He told us to just wait a couple months until the new one comes out. It just seemed as if he didn’t want to do any work. Why should we have to persuade an associate to let us upgrade our phones? All in all, worst experience at this location. Will NOT be returning to this location

I’ve been to this store quite a few times and every time, things run smoothly for me. Whether it’s getting a new phone or porting from another carrier.

Shay is wonderful and Matt the Manager is great. He really cares about his customers. Been to other AT&T stores and it’s not anything like this.

Manager must be doing something right. Def. As someone who hates walking into other AT&T stores, I never hesitate to come here.

I was thoroughly impressed with the customer service here. Specifically the manager Matt! He’s extremely knowledgeable and was able to help me with my frustrating situation!

Worst customer service ever. AT&T in general, including this store, just can’t solve customers problems. It happened to me three times already to go back and forth between call and physical store because each time one points to the other and no one solves the problem. I’m glad O changed to T-Mobile to never ever use AT&T again.

The assistant store manager Kierra (my apologies if her name is spelled wrong) was so helpful. She was very patient and polite with me during a very frustrating time. I wasn't getting any service with an eSim or physical SIM card and I was ready to throw in the towel. However, the assistant store manager took her time to give my phone a diagnostic and was able to figure out why my phone wasn't getting any service and completely fixed the issue. She definitely deserves to know that she gives great customer service, and your company should appreciate her and know that she is an asset. Thanks again
