By far the best att store I’ve been to. Employees were extremely knowledgeable, helpful and just awesome.

Fantastic customer service, everything I needed was taken care of quickly and efficiently.

Sales person, Alex, was extremely knowledgeable and patient in setting up our new phones. He stayed long past his leaving time to to get us set up.

Went in Thursday morning 5/18. Guy and a girl working. Hardly looked up from their phones and refused to help at all. Ended up leaving with no help.

Alex was an excellent AT&T service rep. He was very knowledgeable in obtaining a replacement phone to fit my needs. He was calm and answered all of our questions in a very kind manner. I HIGHLY recommend Alex for anyone looking to replace their cell phone through an AT&T plan. AND as a side note, he loves to talk about his favorite football team, the Pittsburgh Steelers!

Every time we go in we go right to Alex, he is definitely a big help and is definitely the best/funniest person there. He helped us both with 2 new phones. Will always come to see him

Alex F was not a very friendly salesman. I walked in WANTING a new phone, and basically just needed the process to take place. He did not sell me on anything, I already knew what I was willing to spend, just needed it all to be done. Talked very fast, made little conversation, said odd things like “we can look at cases or just sit here” really? Aren’t you trying to sell me stuff? Could use a hair cut too, just saying,

The guy we had was great at explaining different things with the phones we were looking at. We will be back.

The gentlemen that assisted me with changing providers and new phones was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with the whole process.

I have been a loyal AT&T customer for many, many years. Bo was the very first outstanding staff member I had the opportunity to work with on several issues regarding my account! He was calm, cool, and very knowledgeable! I specifically went back to him for a service upgrade and new phones!

Bo was very patient and informative. He was more than happy to continue to go over information on all topics and left zero room for questions by informing us on every detail. He was very friendly and had a great attitude.

I was impressed with the service and my experience with Bo Tranat. I’m not tech savvy. Bo took the time to teach me some new features of my new phone. He even used his own phone to teach with because my new phone was getting all of my information transferred to it from my old phone. He explained my new plan to me in a way that I understood what he was saying. I commend Bo on his customer service skills. He’s an asset to ATT&T.
