You will not find a more welcoming store! I was greeted by Sadia, welcomed by Lucia who helped me get the very best rate plan. Amazing team. Thank you!

I've been to this store a few times and every time I've had an unpleasant experience. The store associate is impolite and has a bad attitude. I would request AT&T to consider some action in order to retain their loyal customers.

Carlos AT&t specialist was very kind and helpful with the problem with my cell phone I was having started making calls as soon as I left the store which I couldn't do before.

Sammi was magnificent! She spent her time explaining everything and working to get us the best deal possible! I would highly recommend this store and this manager to anyone! Being a prior team member of AT&T wireless I was extremely impressed to see that the standards and level of customer service were still prestine! Thanks for an awesome experience! -Nik D

Carlos helped me out tremendously! I had issues getting a new iPhone sent to me, but he helped me work out the problem and made sure I got my new phone. He even set it up for me and assured I would receive my original trade-in plan and explained the new monthly billing. The manager & other associates were helpful too. Great AT&T store.

Have used this location for a number of years, to pay on y account.
As a result of my last visit it became quite clear the personnel turn over in that location. WHEN YOU HIRE PEOPLE WHO LACK CORE TRAINING IT EXPLAINS WHY EVERY IS GREETED AS IF YOU ARE FROM SOMEBODYS HOOD. TOTALLY DISRESPECTED AND OLD ENOUGH TO BE THERE FATHERS FATHER. BETTER TRAINING IS NEEDED ON HOW TO BE PROFESSIONAL WHEN DEALING WITH CUSTOMERS OLD AND YOUNG.

Needed a new screen protector for IPhone 12 Pro as we have a lifetime warranty ($8 vs $45 cost). One issue we have is that the protector that was originally sold with this IPhone is no longer available. So it took ~60 mins to resolve via AT&T customer service where we had to pay full price for the screen protector in store but customer service agreed to credit our monthly bill the $45 (did not include taxes). Roundabout way to resolve but it was. Manager at the AT&T store was awesome though! Very thankful for her helping us throughout the process!

We had excellent service from the attendant Sami. She was very kind and explained everything we asked calmly and offered us services we didn't know AT&T had until then.

I locked myself out of my phone and decided to do a factory reset which made even more of a mess. As soon as I walked in the png young guy kindly came to welcome me and ask what he could do for me. He was with another customer and apologized that I would have to wait for his co-worker. The next young man and I’m sorry I don’t remember the names, was just as kind and very helpful. He made me. Feel like this happens all the time to people and it want a big deal. He also looked at my bill and gave me some pointers on how to lower it after telling him I’m having a hard time paying my bills right now. Again, this young man made me feel like I was the tenth person that came in with that story and was very empathetic. For 2 young fellows, I’m so impressed with their kindness and how much they helped me today! Will be going back to those two guys from now on! Thanks for your help getting me back in and running!

I went in on a lunch break to upgrade my phone and renew service - clearly ready to spend money, there were 3 employees and 1 customer in the store. I said I'd like to upgrade my phone, but wasn't sure how long it would take as I only had 20-30 minutes, but I would at least like to know my options if they could look up my account. The employees couldn't have cared less. I'm really not one to complain, but I was surprised on their borderline rudeness. I was told in the most stand-offish way possible that there was no one on staff that could even look up my account to tell me what my options were. I find that pretty unlikely considering there were 3 employees working - none of them were able to even look up my account and tell me what I was eligible for? One of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. Really not trying to be a Karen, I worked in retail for over a decade, I know how frustrating some customers can be. All I asked for was some simple information and was automatically treated like an huge inconvenience. This has made me want to look into a new service provider in general.

Was told an incorrect information regarding a promotion. Spent a month speaking with customer service over the phone, which i was given the right info. Went to thhis store, where the sales agebt and the Team lead of this store spent soothe 40 minutes arguing about being right. Instead of hearing the customer for a resolution.

Lu was spectacular. She went above and beyond for me yesterday when I came in. I explained that my cellular plan was cancelled by a family member and that I needed my own. She didn’t pressure me into anything I wasn’t interested (the big one being a new phone, although when I do I am going to Lu for it) very friendly and efficient establishment and thank you to Lu for all the help you were amazing!

Doug Schwartz was unbelievably helpful and persistent to solve our account issues. This is the third time he has helped me in the King of Prussia store. The rating should be 10 stars.
