Not honest employees they will lie to you just for a sale then. You will get a big surprise bill from att and att will do nothing to help you. Been fighting with att for 6 months over canceling internet. Bill was double what they said they sneak charged me up front without telling me just not good people.

Everybody here is great. All 3 of the gentlemen here helped me out with my phone issues and got me in and out in a timely manner! Couldn’t thank them enough. Go to this store!

I had the most fantastic experience at the Souderton AT&T Store last Friday when I went in search of a new phone. After a frustrating encounter at another store where they couldn't provide me with accurate information, I walked into the Souderton store, and my mood instantly shifted. Dandre Butler and another young man welcomed me warmly and professionally, immediately alleviating my frustration.

I explained to Dandre that I was in the market for an iPhone upgrade, and he efficiently processed my order. To my surprise, I was out of the store with all the necessary accessories in just 15 minutes. Although I was initially disappointed that my new phone had to be shipped, I was thrilled to find it on my doorstep on Saturday, a pleasant surprise ahead of the promised Monday or Tuesday delivery.

When I initially left the store, Dandre generously offered to help set up my new phone once it arrived. Although I didn't take him up on the offer at that time, he went above and beyond after the sale was completed on Saturday. Dandre patiently assisted me with a couple of user-errors during the setup process, showcasing his dedication to exceptional customer service.

To say that Dandre has not only met but exceeded my expectations would be an understatement. His professionalism, kindness, and willingness to go the extra mile have not only restored my faith in customer service but have also left me with a renewed appreciation for AT&T as a whole. I highly recommend the Souderton AT&T Store, and particularly Dandre Butler, for an outstanding and seamless experience.

I was told I had 2 really old lines when I went for a new phone.instead of telling me ahead of time that I should get rid of them. I was told after my purchase. Then when I called to cancel the old line. I was informed that I would loose my “deal” on my new phone. Had I been told a head I would have cancelled prior to my purchase. Then I called the store manager and he hung up on me! Loyalty # and store manager both telling me two different stories. Loyalty states no changes to account for 90 days or it voids your purchase deal. Time to look for a new carrier No stars

Had a great experience on Black Friday with Dandre. We initially walked in because one of our phones was stuck in SOS mode. Dandre was able to fix that in less than 2 minutes. After reviewing the Black Friday deals AT&T were currently running, we decided to upgrade our 2 phones and add an Apple Watch. Dandre made sure we were all up and running & had everything we needed to make the upgrade as seamless as possible. We were in and out of the store quick. We are very happy with our new phones & watch and highly recommend going to see Dandre at this location.

I upgraded my phone for $0 per month. I worker confirmed with me 3 times that I wouldn’t get hit with any other costs besides tax due that day. Ended up getting hit with a $35 upgrade fee and had $17 per month insurance and $6 per month next up charges added to my bill. AT&T refused to refund my the charges once I canceled them. How is this even legal?

Don't expect customer service from att at all. They don't care, employees forward you to a self service phone number and you can not get anything done on a Sunday

Hats off to Connor and Alyssa! They are extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable! This is my go to place for tech stuff and staff who are happy to assist. They put the screen savers and case on your phone- who does that? I feel like I am in the Philippines (known for extremely helpful staff!). Thanks Guys!

The door was locked and the lights were off one hour after they we supposed to be open. We tried to call and someone from the district office answered and said the stores manager had been clocked in for an hour. Guess the manager just didn't feel like helping customers today.

Tonight 4/18/23. I was at my daughter's softball game. My phone was in SOS mode and I needed a new sim card. We got to the store a minute before closing the manager of the store let me and my daughter in. He stayed late to help me and put a new sim card in my phone. He could of just told me he was closing but he did not. He took time to help even though they were about to close. I have a good experience every time I go in this store. But tonight was much appreciated.

Thus store is amazing and friendly staff. Conner and Bret are very helpful and took very good care of us in our new purchase. Would highly recommend this location if you are in the market for a phone or new provider.

Kind, considerate, patient, engaged.what more can I say when describing my expierence with Bret at AT&T. First of my family and I showed up in the evening to find Bret jumping back and forth between three customers. Each one of those customers got his full attention the entire time and left satisfied. Next up was my family.every one of us a new customer in for new phones. Bret stayed and hour after close to make sure we were well taken care of and entertained my daughter, wife and I while our data was transferring! This guys is everything AT&T core values should stand for. How is this guy not managing his own district by now? !? C'mon AT&T! Get on that!

If you need something show up exactly 10AM or you are waiting for hours. Most of the time you need to cross your fingers to see if they actually open

I came into this location to get some of my data transferred. I’m glad I did, Bret and Connor both were patient and willing to help. They both made my time there pleasant and both are considerate. Come to this location if you want great service.
