AT&T Store, Lehighton PA

Christian was friendly and helpful when I went in to get a case for my new iPhone a few evenings ago. So, five stars for Christian! But — I almost didn’t stop and go into the store because it looked like it was closed as I drove up. It had really subdued lighting and no “open” signs of any kind except the tiny list of store hours that I could maybe read if I was already out of my car and right in front of the door. It had a real “Don’t bother me” vibe and who knows how many holiday shoppers have driven up and decided not to go in? (I’d remove a few stars from my rating because customer experience was part of my job before I retired but I doubt store visibility is Christian’s purview.)

Alex the Apple guy is fantastic! He got me in and out quickly and efficiently. I made an appointment online before arriving to the store because I wanted to avoid the wait and thought I wouldn’t get everything done in one day…but Alex made it happen! Thank you Alex!

I had the most wonderful experience! Everyone was great and really had me laughing and enjoying my time in the store while completing an upgrade. Maria is a whole vibe some one needs to give that woman a raise or a commendation for her spectacular customer service skills!

Alex was very knowledgeable about the products and plans, considerate to my daughter, went above and beyond to ensure my AT&T needs were met! AT&T, Alex is the best! ;)

Had a very bad experience with an at&t store from hometown Pa by Walmart. So I went to the lehighton at&t store to try to fix my cell phone's nightmare. So to explain I went to the hometown store to get new phones and plans. What a mistake for me. So I had stuff on my plan that I would never need to use. And also told them I wanted my plan around the $200 area. They also made me take a direct TV console setup home too. Under a contract. So I went to the lehighton store to fix all of these things wrong with my account. The staff was very helpful and friendly and they got on my account to fix it. I was there for a couple of hours to fix everything. But they did fix all my account problems. So thanks, the lehighton at&t store for a 5 star experience.

I had so much fun at the AT&T store in Lehighton thanks to the worker with the pink hair Sierra! She was so kind and helpful and beautiful, she needs a promotion! I was so pleased with my new phone I truly almost nutted. I will be back. And I will tell all my friends!

Roxxy is hands down the best! We came to the store to transfer service and combine family accounts from two different carriers. She handled this task with ease and made every step easy and painless! Thank you a million times! All of her colleagues at the store we also friendly, knowledgeable and helpful as well! Thank you to everyone at the Lehighton location!

Alex was extremely knowledgeable and a high-level multitasker. I didn't feel rushed, and he thankfully had options when my Apple Card was randomly declined. I'm looking forward to him helping me with a DirectTV plan, as well as new phones for our parents.

So I was in search of a new internet provider, right before AT&T came out with home internet in this area. They weren't even trained but were going for training. They called me a few days later, to let me know they had it and it was available for my mom's address. They answered all of my questions. When it came to setting up ran into an issue which prompted me to contact service that was a NIGHTMARE while having Roxy on speaker on one phone another person in California on the other telling me that the Lehighton store was wrong and arguing with me. Roxy kept me calm and we got through it as this is a new produced we were kinda learning together. Everyone in the store has been so helpful, friendly, kind and genuinely care. 20 plus years an AT&T customer and still 100% satisfied. Thank you to everyone at the Lehighton store.

We had a wonderful experience here, especially with Norma and Maria.

Walking into the Lehighton At&t office, we felt completely welcome and treated like people with needs. Norma and Maria both did their utmost to assist me with switching over to At&t and just speaking to them about rates and promotions and the things they could do for me as a customer ultimately led to me switching. The care and concern they showed me and the due diligence they displayed with getting me the best deal and assisting me with switching over was amazing and made me feel like I was a family member not just a customer.

Definitely recommend visiting. These ladies were awesome!
