AT&T Store, Moosic PA

Extremely unhappy with the manager at this current location. I went to upgrade and she didn't know all the promotions that led to me having to process a return that has taken 3 weeks to process. She told me to call at&t. I was on the phone for an hour in a half in the cold from my car with 2 children after leaving the location. All I wanted to do was buy a phone and accessories. She refused to cancel and rering the purchase.

The competent staff made you feel welcome going there for operating explanations.multiple times.

Absolute horrible.
Promised the same bill if we upgraded our phones.
That never happened. We have been fighting them for months and untold hours with this company.
Now, they are holding our equipment hostage by keeping them locked and wanting more money.

Do not use AT&T as a provider. They just all keep passing the buck to the next person.
This is all the way up the ladder with FCC complaints and "the at&t office of the President involved.

And yet we still sit here waiting and waiting.

I received excellent service at the Montage location. Khalief worked to find me the best deal. I had done my research, and he offered the best deal including being able to trade in my phone, which I didn’t see as an option. The manager was on site and appeared supportive of her team members. Khalief answered my questions and was very kind. This is a great team. I couldn’t have asked for better customer service.

This AT&T store in Moosic added two lines to my plan. They quoted me a service at a monthly rate with AT&T. Promised no activation fees. 40 some days later I get a bill that is OVER twice the quoted amount. My grace period to return the phones is over. Now I am stuck with new phones and a plan I didn’t agree to. No one will assist. I cannot get the store manager to return my phone calls. I was scammed. Quote a price, charge a customers card over two times the amount, but wait until after the allowable period to return the phones. Classic. Even the person from AT&T responding to the better business bureau complaint didn’t call me back in the time frame promised. Stay away from AT&T, especially this one. Update: I have already been contacted by management. They refuse to even talk to me. Do not pretend you are going to assist me.
