I was just at the Somerset pa store and I was told I was being rude as I was asking for what the special deals were compared to the other companies. And the guy kept telling us that we were being rude as we were asking questions. Really bad customer service.
Amazing staff. Great customer service. Willing to pull all the stops for their customers. Spent time transferring my service to a new phone while saving me money on my bill. Most stores wouldn’t have even tried to save me money. Thanks a lot guys!
