AT&T Store, Coraopolis PA

Kayla was so patient and helpful with my purchases and transfers. She was the only employee working that day and she had multiple customers to wait on but still gave us great service.

Matt is the best! I had a great experience in store with him. He got me set up with a new account with a new phone and watch. 10/10 service. Give that man a raise!

I just left the Moon Twp AT&T. The WORST customer service I've EVER experienced! I stopped in around 4: 30pm just to have someone look at my phone. The guy was busy with someone. I waited a few minutes, then I left. I understood. No big deal.
I stopped in again about 6: 30, th guy was waiting on someone. He said have a seat I'll be with you when I can. Then he said you know you can go to Robinson. I said, I know that, I'm not driving to Robinson for something so simple with my phone. I sat down. He walks towards the front to charge his device and said with a nasty attitude, You Know I Close at 7, what do you need? I said I know this, nevermind you have a bad attitude anyway. He then said you can leave. I said you can't tell me what I can and can't do! Not sure who he is, but if this is who you have representing your company. Makes me question my phone carrier. There was no need for the attitude. I've worked in retail and I know how to wait. If he doesn't like his job or people randomly coming in, find another place to work. Who's to say I may have been coming in to upgrade all of my family members phones. I had to give at least 1 star, even though I wanted to not give any.

Kalie Darby was fantastic. She answered all my questions. She showed me how to access things on my phone that I had previously been incapable of reaching. She told me about the deals that I could get. I was quite satisfied. (I needed a new phone in short order after breaking my old one at work due to my clumsiness) Thanks Kalie!

One day later…since I got the wrong phone, I had to go back. Kalie got it all fixed up and put me back on the road. Customer service here is good. I’ll be back—when I break this phone inevitably. Thanks Kalie!

Excellent experience today, knowledgeable staff. I was able to get the new phone I wanted hassle-free. Essex S was really great & answered all my questions. Happy & satisfied with my AT&T plan & the service at AT&T stores.

Essex was very helpful as are the other employees at the Moon store. They always provide great customer service.

The new store manager Kalie was amazing! She helped me get my phone set up with no problems! Definitely would recommend going to this store location.

We got helped by Shai and she was wonderful! I sadly don’t remember the managers name who helped Shai as well but it was a really positive experience. No one got overwhelmed or frustrated. It was fun and we laughed through the whole process. It was the best experience I’ve had going to a phone store. Definitely coming back!

Essex was very personable and showed that he truly had me as the customer in mind. He answered all questions that I had and was willing to go above and beyond. His customer service will keep me as an ATT customer verse switching to Verizon.

The staff at this store are the best! Sales Consultant Jamie Long, and Store Manager Hannah Evens, made replacing my Galaxy absolutely painless! Thank you, ladies, for your patience and efforts!

Me. Hannah was great. I had to turn my phone in because it was shattered and she was patient and explained the various payment and phone options. To be a phone store it does not have a lot of accessories and the ones there are expensive.

Hannah and her team at Moon is awesome! Very helpful go see her for all your ATT and FirstNet needs.

Hannah and Essex were great and helped me switch over from Verizon Wireless to AT&T and it was a great time having them here
