BUYER BEWARE - DO NOT. I repeat DO NOT do ANY business with a Tyler C at either the Linglestown OR Palmyra location as he mentioned he works there as well. Walked in to transfer an existing line from one account to an existing business account - the business account it was going to had an open line - which was done purposefully in May/June 2023 when the account was opened knowing a new phone would be making it's way over in the next few months. We were explicit in mentioning we already had an open line available on the plan that we were transferring to. Having to do some work on the back end to get the existing line transfer he insisted that he could provide a phone in hand that day with a temporary number and all we would need to do is call AT&T customer service to be rid of the temporary number once the old account owner granted access and be left with the original number and new phone. Nothing about creating a new line was mentioned at that time - we asked multiple times to confirm no charge would occur if we took the phone that day with the temporary line - he confirmed no extra charge would occur. When calling customer service we learned that is NOT an option and we would have to completely buy out the new $1000+ phone to get rid of that line as the installment plan was placed there, and that's the only way to get rid of that temporary line. Deciding to go back to the store to get some help in person, we learned that not only did Tyler C completely lie to our faces multiple times regarding what was happening - he opened a new line without our consent - again, remember we explicitly mentioned having an open line on the account.

Come to learn new lines get a nice commission - amazing - we have never been so angry, disgusted, and just absolutely bamboozled as to how a STORE MANAGER OF TWO STORES is able to do what he did. THANKFULLY, the lovely individuals at the store (Tyler was thankfully nowhere to be found as he was at the other location) were able to assist us to fix the problem - HOWEVER, to ensure things were completely rectified today - we did pay an extra $50.00 for the phone to be returned so the line can be removed. The two associates at the store did mention that we could call customer service and the return could be done for free but by the time we were back in that store we had lost pretty much all trust in AT&T and wanted it done, fixed and confirmed as such at that time.

OH - we also learned the way this was done also would have caused us to lose credit with trade-in.

So not only did we get set up with a new line we did NOT authorize, we (although not required but seemed necessary in this case) had to spend an extra $50.00 to get Tyler C's mistake fixed.which is better than the $1k+ alternative to buy out the phone. I highly encourage anyone that does business with AT&T, if you see a Tyler C that's a store manager - just walk the other way. You will not be treated well, and you may not be as lucky as to stumble upon the two WONDERFUL associates who fixed this mess. Those two I WILL be writing a 5 star review for. If I could give negative stars for Tyler C, I would.

(We lost our $1000 credit)
We bought 4 New line from here and we had 3 trade in phone and and all mobile phone give at store that guy name is (Chantz) he shipped just 2 mobile phone and for 1 mobile phone he did something and AT&T did not receive 3rd mobile and we call to customer service they asking for tracking number that we don’t have and we came to store and that guy (Chantz) is saying we don’t have any records in our retail store so I can’t do anything from here. We give all 3 mobile phone to Chantz. Don’t buy anything from this store never. They doing fraud here so be aware from this store and AT&T. Don’t buy anything from AT&T.we lost our $1000 credit.

I myself worked for at&t over 3 years and was a retail sales consultant, assistant store manager and retail store manager. It’s been two years and I see at&t still has the shady sales culture. Went to try to change my tablet plan to a cell line plan (definitely easy and I even know exactly how to do it) at this store on Linglestown. Rep told me couldn’t be done to try to add a new line. I know exactly why because at&t puts such focus on sales at all cost. Doesn’t matter if it’s what’s good for customers… if the numbers look better for the employee you’ll leave with a new line, insurance and probably even directv you never ordered. Time to take my two accounts with 23 lines former employee account and move the entirety of lines away.

Jack waited on us (Husband and I) and only told us $35.00 for activation fee (one time for both watches) and $10.00 internet fee (monthly) now our phone bill went from $205.00 to $455.00! We want to the store and talked to the manager, and we found out that Jack was no longer there, that the company got rid of him! The manager told us to call 611 and speak with customer service, well unfortunately they were no help either. We should be prorated for fees that we were never told about.

I just encountered the best customer service I have had in a long time from Chance at AT&T. I came to the store to finish a transaction I started two weeks ago.

When we entered the store, we were greeted right away and was told that he would be right with us. He was finishing up a customer and there was another person in line in front of us. Chance was very polite and worked quickly.

When he got to us he was friendly, efficient and very knowledgeable. He had answered every question I had and just was such a lovely person to talk to.

In a world were customers service is not at all anything like it used to be…. There is Chance. I will definitely come back to this store because I know the kind of service I will get with Chance. A kind person who is very knowledgeable that will deliver great customer service.

The new manager Chantze was exceptional the overall store visit was pleasant. Professionalism was outstanding. I'll definitely will be doing more business with this crew.

I was greeted at the door and made to feel very welcome. Alondra and Chance helped me to pick the phone best suited for me. Alondra was knowledgeable, courteous and polite and professional. I had zero wait time before They were helping me.
