About 6 months after my original review sadly I had to switch carriers again. It was advertised for $55 a month unlimited on their website for new customers (which I was). When I arrived and got my phone set up the price was set on $65 a month. Ok.was a bit bummed but still cheaper than others around, and they're customer service was great so I let it slide. Here's where the problem comes into play. My next bill was $85 on the app. Doesn't tell me any info besides I'm to pay that amount. Assuming it's probably a set up fee I again, let it slide. Unfortunately for about 6 months straight that stayed as my bill. I was lied to twice about the price, and I was very upset. $55 on the website, then employee stated it'd be $65 only for it to be $30 higher a month than what I was expecting: (
When I was canceling my plan I asked to cut to the chase politely, and to just walk us through the process. If explaining as a customer didn't do anything then I don't see the point in repeating myself to cancel. Trying to butter me up with deals to stay, but did not want to do anything while I was a customer (this was the customer service phone line not the physical location I visited)
I still hold in high regard the physical location I visited. They have great people there, and I would have loved to stay! I have since switched over to boost, and it's been a few years now. My bill never changed, and has been consistent since day 1. No surprises, or hidden fees. All I wanted to purchase was unlimited monthly. Nothing more, nothing less. No phones to pay off, no phone contracts. I just want to use my phone as much as I want a month and pay a set price that's agreed upon on the start.

Its been nearly a decade last time I had this carrier (as a teen on my dad's plan), and it was great. I had the best service where I lived back then with them. I recently switched back to them due to ATT being a compatible company with the new unlocked phone I bought online. Anyway I was suprised how fast and easy everything was. In less than 10 mins I could call and text. Also surprised how knowledgeable they have been. They tried their best to get my phones internet to work and explained why it wouldn't when I came back. Being more observant on my end would have avoided me getting an incompatible phone with US mobile data. My Huawei works great with their calling and texting service although can only operate on wifi for internet. It's My first phone I got that's not a Samsung so I shouldn't have rushed a budget phone. I would definitely still like to stick with the carrier. I didn't feel rushed, or like a bother at this particular location unlike half of my previous carrier shops which I dreaded visiting. I also appreciate not pushing different more expensive phones on me just because mine wasn't fully compatible. It wasn't offered once. I was glad they left that choice to me to bring up. For now I can use this phones wifi with home and work internet until I find a proper replacement to swap the Sim card over to. Something I can easily work with for now. Thank you guys
As a note this location does sell products. We went for a technical issue that was a difficult question. He looked into what he could and came back apologizing that it was an issue within the app he couldn't access. The gentleman did give me ideas on how to reach someone in the app company which helped. I contacted the app company, followed the gentlemans guidelines, and it was able to help get me in the right direction. The gentleman we spoke to was very nice and I will go there again if I have issues or if I want to purchase anything in the future.
I dropped my phone in the Chesapeake bay, along with my wallet. I needed to get a new phone and Tyrell helped me get a new one, get an extra discount on my lines, made sure everything was backed up, and was super pleasant- even on a holiday!
Tyrell Romero at the Mt Joy AT&T store was the best! He was very friendly and knowledgeable and Tyrell managed to retrieve precious data from my old phone that another salesman at another location said was not possible. It's obvious Tyrell cares about his job as well as his customers. He also gave me helpful information from his own experience, which also was very helpful. Tyrell is my At&T man of the year!

Carley was extremely helpful with walking us through the process of switching over. Normally getting new phones take forever but we were in and out. She explained all of the charges that would appear on our bill. She is very good at her job and I look forward to being an AT&T customer

Tyrell was probably the best person I’ve ever dealt with at a phone store! I hate getting new phones and he made it so easy and quick. He was super knowledgeable and helpful through it all and very personable. I definitely recommend this location and salesman!

Waited about 20 minutes and still wasn't able to talk to a sales associate about trading in my phone. Ended up driving 30mins to Lancaster instead and had my trade in done in 5 minutes
Tyrell was a great ATT Specialist. Previously, I would hold onto my phone for way too long, because I dreaded the trip to the store to get a new phone. I have never had such a stress-free experience purchasing a new phone. Tyrell explained options in a way that I understood. He answered my questions and I left feeling very good about my purchase.
