AT&T Store, Whitehall PA

Great store and very helpful associates! Helped me with my phone issues and was able to upgrade and add a new line!

Victor had a very vibrant and charismatic personality. Was outgoing and patient. He helped to answer all my questions help me select the best options that suited my specific needs. Had an excellent time at the ATT store and it also helps that I went to T-Mobile and Verizon wireless and their sales people just didn't meet the requirements I was looking for. They were very boring lacked enthusiasm and didn't want to explain anything or help suit my needs.

Had an amazing experience today with Janet’s help. She was professional throughout the entire interaction and answered all of my questions with great detail. This is my new go to store.

Thank you Elliot for being very kind and friendly at the ATT store in Whitehall. We were contemplating going to another store, because we visited a few days ago for a bill printout. Mike was not helpful and told us we had to wait while he was not doing anything. However, today we had great service with Eliot, even though there was no sales commission involved.

Walked in was greeted nicely until a Joanna tried answering a question I had with an attitude clearly she doesn’t like her job she made my visit unbearable guess im sticking to T-Mobil

Great job! Joe and Luis were very helpful. Last night on phone with Att over an hour and no resolution. Today go to Att on Airport Road and at the beginning Joshua rude and unhelpful

After I almost begged for help he tried to fix But no resolution. Td me to go to MacArthur road. So glad I did they resolved. Again thanks!

This is a five store establishment they were Courteous and professional, knowledgeable about there products, super knowledgeable, didn’t let me leave until all I went for was resolved. Thank you to the rep that handled all my needs

The process of upgrading my cellphone was smooth and easy, mostly due to the knowledgeable and helpful staff. A+

I bought a phone & made sure the lady who worked with me made sure I would have automatic phone payments. My bills racked up and I have a 380$ phone bill. Ridiculous & they need to be sued

Rude ppl didnt help much everything was i dont know i dont know rude staff didnt show any concern of my problems deff switching companies after that

If you think AT&T is a good cell phone store try taking back a phone that's 3 weeks old and the glass is falling out of it you have a better chance of seeing Jesus Christ or sucking your own you know what I'm getting at

When poor customer service is mixed with a horrible location you know you are definitely in an at&t store.

I went to the store to activate the data on my new I-watch, sat for an hour and half with an agent, he couldn't get it to work, said someone will send me a email with directions on how to activate it within 48 hrs - a week later - no email and now sitting on hold forever waiting to talk to someone.

Crazy long wait time because someone called out that day and they neglected to find a replacement. Be prepared to wait for hours if something as simple as someone calling out of work happens

Very good service at this location. Quick and responsive every time I visit this location. Much better going here than the att at the lehigh valley mall.

Plenty of staff and knowledgeable people.att service section closed and now staff helps with problems. Entrance and exit off 145 MacArthur Blvd. Might miss it go slow approaching

Great service! Great plans! Plus a free phone with new go phone plan. I tell everyone before you buy a prepaid in the department stores etc. Go to an ATT you will get a better deal and excellent service
