Worst experience ever, they are liars if you have a problem they will tell you that the person you dealt with is on vacation but really he is working/lying in 5th street Target. Go to real AT&T store in wyomissing!

Barry was excellent to work with and very knowledgeable. He provided me with a see less transition from an iPhone 7 to an iPhone 11 Pro Max in under an hour!

I was helped by Angelique at the Temple, PA AT&T store location: I'd dropped my Galaxy S7 phone too many times to count. This last fumble the screen faded to black by morning. I'd put off upgrading for months & it was past time for a newer Galaxy.
Angelique assisted me once inside the store - which observes social distancing & COVID19 protocols. She was so so nice, totally knowledgeable, very efficient, & super fast when it came to setting up my new Galaxy S10e. She was even able to remove my old SIM card & pop it into the new S10e when I was unable to retrieve the texted passcode to link my acct & transfer files, pics, contacts, apps, etc. She had my mom & I in & out of there in 20mins with a brand new phone & a way to retrieve much of my old stuff stuck behind a black screen
Angelique was awesome! Ask for her if you have any questions, phone issues, or are in need of a new phone if you're headed to the Temple, PA AT&T store!

The store is supposed to open at 10.1015 no one 1030 no one. Then you pay your bill online and walk into the store because you keep getting told you have a outstanding bill, and they say there is nothing they can do to help. AT&T just lost a customer.

I just wanted to bring it to your attention that I had a great experience at this store. I went here after I was absolutely disgusted with another AT&T store (at the Berkshire Mall on State Hill Road Reading, PA) and the employees here were a huge help. I was actually at the point that I was going to just change providers because I was so upset. After my visit at this store it changed my mind. You have a great group of people here. Thank you!

I came into the store not looking to buy a new phone at all but after speaking to the store manager Barry he changed my mind and took time to show me all the phones and how they work he took really good care of me this will always be the store i go to to get a new phone thanks allot Barry you are the best

Horrible experience.the wireless rep clearly just wanted to make a sale and strait up lied to us about what our monthly bill would be. It’s almost double what she said and now we are stuck with the service for 30 months. Absolutely disgraceful. She needs to get a bit better at her math. Horrible customer service all around.

I had such a great experience in this store. The employees are all kind and knowledgeable. Fastest upgrade I ever had at an AT&T store, too! I will be coming back in the future.

I had the best experience here tonight. So much better than at the Berkshire Mall store! Jasmine was WONDERFUL! After technical issues setting things up with my new phone, and then another issue, 45 minutes after the store was closed, she had me walking out with my new phone, nothing lost, and everything working! I will be going to this store and hopefully be helped with the same great service I had tonight!
I have never been as satisfied with service at AR&T as I was tonight!

This store is really good they took care of me really good they no everything about the new phones and they are really friendly people give this store a try and you well not go to any other at&t store trust me

This is not a large store, but the employees make up the difference by understanding their products. This store believes customer service is number one. I have used this store for at least 4 years and have never left the store not being happy. They continually exceed my expectations.

My experience with the AT&T store was excellent. I worked with Shyloe Schuler, the Store Manager. Shyloe was polite, knowledgable, and a very personable person to work with at the store. Shyloe sets a good example for the rest of her employees to follow. Thak you for the excellent experience as a customer.

Favorite AT&T store. The black guy here is cool and still owes me a Newport and Stephanie is drop dead gorgeous. She assisted me in more ways the one.

I have spent the worst experience at this store and its employees. The supervisor not only screamed across the room and call me a liar when I was speaking to another employee in regards to the new 7 edge phone and treated my boyfriend and I horrible. They did not help us in any shape of form and for a supervisor she had broken acrylic nails and chipped nail polish which is unprofessional. The employees were completely unprofessional and the services we received was the worst! Switched to another carrier within 14 days and WILL NEVER GO BACK
