Went to this store with some problems and they gave me the right directions to fix everything they helped me when nobody else could i recommend this store 100%

Edvard and Naseer are great to work with! I will only shop at the AT&T in Malvern from now on. I tried to buy a new phone online and my account got messed up. They were able to fix everything and I walked out with my new phone. Great experience. 10/10 would recommend

Non-corporate store, willfully provides false information to mislead customers, avoid at all costs. Exton corporate store was a pleasure to work with, here we were nearly scammed!

Only one person was working the store on a Saturday. I’m sure they would have provided a good service but the wait was so long had to leave before they could even help me.

Our manager Edvard stayed hours past closing time to set up our service and stuck with it until all issues were resolved. Fantastic service!

The guys working in the store were very helpful and polite. They helped me transfer all of my data over to my new phone and got me going!

I do not recommend purchasing accessories from this store. They have a 14 day return policy and do not mention it when purchasing accessories. I
purchased less than 30 days ago but over 14 days so the store would not accept the return (original receipt, item in original packaging with no damage). The sales person was nice enough to reach out to the D. M.but "he" would not approve the return. I will stick to purchasing from places with the standard 30 day return period. Lesson learned.

This place is soooooo slow. The best time to come is in the evening bc they only have 1-2 people working during the day. You’d be better off going to a different retailer. They also do not carry the iwatch so you’d be better off buying it direct.

Not a corporate store. Even with difficulties, charged me $5 for a SIM card. It's a business, after all. Strangely, better "cost" than the last corporate store that charged me $15 (before it was reversed on the phone). In truth, AT&T is a duopoly & there is no reason for it (or VZW) to change!

Very helpful and polite when selling you a product. Zero customer support when you come in a day later with a clearly defective accessory seeking support/return/exchange.

Zero value added for accessories. Save time and money and buy those items somewhere else.

They may be helpful selling the equipment but be very wary as they have little support when they have a service problem. They outsource all service and no one is accountable and no one is reachable on the phone. Our AT&T phone service with over 30 phones has been down for a week!

The customer service lady I worked with (Rachel) told me they had the phone I wanted in stock. So she signed me up for a new phone, a new account and when it came time to get the phone, she said they had none left. When I specifically told her that I wasn’t going to buy the phone that day if they didn’t have it in stock. So she had to order it and told
Me it would be 2 days and it was 5. She told me how much my line would cost, the usage cost and it was completely wrong when I finally received my bill. She definitely didn’t know what she was doing & it makes att of Malvern look terrible. I’m definitely not going back there again. All they want is to make a sale even if what they’re saying is completely wrong. There needs to be smart and qualified people working there, so that people aren’t signing up for something they don’t know about. If I would have known it would’ve costed me a lot of money, I would have gone elsewehere.

Came in for a feature change and to see if I could lower my bill after my upgrade. Was greeted with open arms by the staff, especially Jorge. Not only did he lower my bill by $15 dollars, he also applied my work discount which I didn't know about. He's a real asset to the team and I will definitely be coming back.

What a fantastic store. Jessie was a superb help, he lowered my bill by $100 a month and got me a new phone. Lots of cases and couldn't have asked for better service. Will be back:)

Needed an upgrade and Jorge walked me through the whole process. Learned a lot about my plan and what I could do and not do. Very good experience and I recommend this place.

They wrecked a $549 Christmas gift. I wanted to get my wife a new iPhone for Christmas, and I could've ordered it online but she would've known about it when it was shipped to our house. I had it shipped to this store instead, and was very specific about the Christmas thing. Two trips, a bit inconvenient, but it solved my issue. NOT. When the phone arrived, they CALLED MY WIFE's cell phone instead of mine and let her know that her new phone was in. They offered me a $10 cover as an apology/compensation (via a text message, mind you, because they didn't have the guts to call me). A discount on the phone and a call from the district manager would've been nice. I won't be back here.
