The representative that helped me was polite, patient, friendly, and knowledgeable! I received excellent customer service.and every representative greeted customers as they walked in!

Haron was great! He was patient and helped my mom get acquainted with her new phone. He also fixed our bill and helped us set up hbo. Highly recommended!

Amber was great, i couldn't get none of my passwords she help me figured it out. Even my emails she also got me a new phone she has a beautiful soul even though these mask Hids our face you can tell she has a great spirit

I went there with my wife to see if they could fix her phone but they don't fix phones so they said I would have to go to the apple store in WILLOW GROVE mall.

This is a typical AT&T store. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They will spend as much time with you as you need in order to find the right product for you.

I give five stars to this locations staff. Four stars to ATT coverage and quality. Two stars to ATT marketing corporate for their bait and switch offers, lack of respect for long term customers, and in general convoluted pricing plans. I respect that the retail staff have to deal with real customer issues and poor corporate policies. I have always found the staff here helpful and courteous.

Great staff who were very helpful and knowledgeable! Recommend this location over the other one nearby. Also helped with my questions about Direct TV on the Go and transferring from Project Fi to ATT.

I don’t have att. Went in to help our company controller with his phone. I have to say not adding a line and the girl who helped us was super helpful. Wish I knew her name. She was awesome.

Worst "Customer Service" I have ever received as a paying customer. Came in to pick up an online order placed night before and 45 minutes later walked out without my new device after being told to "make myself comfortable" by a manager as he walked out the door to go to lunch. Went over to Store in Wyncote right down the road and was treated great, in and out within 10 minutes!

If you want bad phone service combined with terrible customer service then AT&T is the service provider for you!

We arrived one evening looking for assistance. There was one person in the building and he was with another customer at the time. This isn't safe to begin with to have him working alone so close to closing. He told us that we would have to come back another time and that the register/computers shut down in 20 minutes. Sounded like BS but I was able to confirm that they do shut down after 9pm. He just told us to find another location. Anyone in sales should help the customer as much as possible while they are there! After all, we made the effort to come there. At least schedule another appointment. I returned the next day looking for Tiffany again, who helped me during a previous visit. She was not in but I could not come back later. A young guy with glasses helped me out and was very informative. I don't remember if it was Jack or Jason but he did great.
All in all, staff up the store and train your team to handle overflow better. I noticed the same issue while I was there that next day. Consultant were not helpful to people unless they were working directly with them. And was there even a manager present? Who knows.

Extremely poor customer service from the "store manager" who look like a scared little boy rather than a manager of a customer service organization. This company has the most inflexible rules I could ever think of, and once they find out you cannot get a phone that second they have no time for you.

Not a good store if you are big on customer service.
Not a good experience at this store.
Questions were not answered
Did not feel like they wanted my business
Walked out and went to another location and ended up upgrading my plan and having a great expierence from when I walked into that store to carrying my bag to the door. That location was a great expierence. Was disappointed with this location and there customer service.

No concept of good service and retaining long standing customers. I left AT&T after dealing with this store and took my business elsewhere.

It was amazing. The sales representative Derrick was great. Explained everything' to the point where I got it. Amazing employee.
