A wonderful dentist! And staff! They do everything to make you comfortable and explain everything carefully! I really don't mind going to the dentist!

Dr. Stephen is a great dentist. He is very sociable and makes you feel comfortable from the minute you walk in. He also make sure to explain any and all issues in a way that is helpful and provides actions you can take to better your oral care! The entire staff is great too!

Went for routine cleaning. Dentist was very nice and walked me through every step of the cleaning process. The Office is a little outdated, but the overall experience was excellent. I was in and out within 25 minutes. Highly recommend this place if you want a good dentist.

Dr. Stephen has tremendous concern for patients and stellar communication skills. He is more concerned with providing service to the community than earning an exorbitant profit. This was my first visit and I am impressed with the practice.

I am sorry but this office is not good. I left work early to get there in time to fill out the paperwork.almost 20 min past my appt they said they were running late.they didnt tell me the other lady in the room hadnt been seen, i thought she was waiting for her ride. Then way later they tell her that the dr is having problems with a patient and it will be a two hour wait.it is now almost 4: 15.she says no i hurt i need to be seen i will wait.then i go up and the same thing.only mine will be way more than two hours. I told them you could of called me at work and told me you were running late I have to make up the 2 hours off to cover for this visit. It was a front tooth and needs to be taken care of. I told them no and i wont be coming back. It was as hot in the front office as outside and when the other lady complained they said it is 72.maybe in the back where there arent any windows. The air never kicked in for the almost hour i was there. I will never go back. This is horrible service. I would give less than one star but it wont let me

A very accommodating, skilled dentist, and most reasonably priced services.
My full dentures were created for me in barely a week, with very satisfying results. Dr Steven Au has my total confidence for any future procedures and I give him 5 and recommend him with certainty.

Very unprofessional. Refused to do work on my mouth because of me going to another dentist when I tried to transfer here. Raymond Au is very rude.

I went to a six month check up at this provider today and had an excellent experience. The doctor performed the cleaning and check up. He was very thorough and friendly throughout the entire process. I recently moved out of the area but will continue to see this provider based on their great service. Both times I went here there was not a wait time and they have been personable and made it a painless experience!

I just moved to the area, and finding a great dentist is always difficult, but I made the right choice with Dr. Stephen Au. I particularly liked how he described what he was doing as he did it.

I just had my first appointment today and when I say it was my favorite and best dentist appointment I have ever had in my life I mean. Dr. Raymond was so personable and kept me informed the entire time. He made sure I was okay the entire time. Honestly just amazing the entire time.

Dr Stephen was amazing at listening to my concerns and creating a plan that worked for me. He explains each step of his work & never lets me leave the office with pain or sensitivity. The office was great about working with my insurance to create an affordable plan for me. If you’re looking for a dentist who genuinely cares about his patients, look no further.

Dr. Stephen Au always takes painstaking care every time I visit. He is always very considerate for my low pain tolerance and makes sure I am as comfortable as possible.

I have never been a big fan of dental work so I tend to avoid it until there is pain (horrible decision I know). Found this office and they got me in ASAP. I had about 3-4 cracked teeth and a root canal I had been putting off and it was quick and painless. My biggest issue is that I get embarrassed because I neglected all my teeth issues, but I didn’t feel that way coming in here (some places give lectures and what not, you know how it is). They took care of everything with no issues. For the first time, I found a dentist office that I will stick with and get the rest of my dental work done! Thanks guys!

Finally found a decent dental office! Clean environment, reasonable rates. Dr. Stephen Au is very personable and willing to spend time with his clients. He shared stories and explained what he was doing during the procedure, which totally eased my anxieties. The office atmosphere is very relaxed and the office staff was just as helpful. It was nice to feel like a real person and not just someone being processed and pushed through the system.

For the past 15 years, both father and son Dr. Au have given extraordinary care, putting patient above profit!
