Colin and Cailey were excellent to work with. They answered all my questions in a timely manner and were very knowledgeable. It was a stress-free process particularly when their initial offer was very fair and reasonable. I highly recommend the Audi team at Autohaus Lancaster. I will be back for my next vehicle purchase in the future.

Everyone that we encountered at this dealership was wonderful! Colin started out the process and Ian guided us through all of the financial part, helping make it smooth and simple. Hernan was amazing! He stayed late as we didn’t finish up until they were two hours past close. He was attentive and kind. He made the entire experience enjoyable. We could not say enough good things about Hernan and team!

Purchased an Audi Q5. Very good experience. I purchased from this dealership a couple of years ago. Had a very good experience then, and that’s why I returned this time. Everyone there is very nice, and pleasant to do business with.

Appreciated them being able to fit my daughter into the schedule when they didn't have availability. She was traveling away from home and not sure what the issue was or if she could make it back to Pittsburgh. Thanks for the quick diagnosis.

"Starting at $20,000 " over msrp on brand new car! What a joke! It's sad that you would price gouge to that extent to take advantage of customers. Bad buisness = no buisness

Inquired about a 2022 AUDI RS3, was very interested in the vehicle but was not provided any numbers, even after asking numerous times throughout the day yesterday. I just received a text message over a day later saying they took a deposit on the vehicle the previous evening, I guess that guy got a better salesman than I did, avoid this place and Hernan Diaz-Egg.

The service department did a great job! Contact throughout the service was great. All of my concerns were addressed and I felt like my Audi was driving better now than when I brought it in!

Was treated poorly after buying a part of my s4 they didn't want to give me my core charge back lol very petty business and the receptionist was very rude to me about it as well when I called to see when or if my check was sent out. You can buy cars anywhere I'd avoid this place!

5-Star experience all around. Hernan, the sale representative, absolutely amazing. Highly recommended - he goes above and beyond. The entire experience was above any expectations. Might come back for another vehicle very soon.

This was our first time dealing with Audi Lancaster & we had an amazing experience. We purchased a 2022 Audi SQ5. Our salesman was Hernan Diaz-Egg. He was extremely helpful with all my questions during the entire purchasing process. We did all of the credit application stuff before we scheduled the appointment to pick up the vehicle. The vehicle was all prepped & ready to go when we showed up. We were only there for roughly 30 minutes while we signed paperwork & waited for them to add the requested ceramic coating. We drove over 3 hours roundtrip & would certainly do it again fro such an easy car purchasing experience.

I can just speak to the Sales side of things but absolutely wouldn’t deal with them. Connected via internet lead on CarGurus.com and the sales person apparently didn’t want to do any work to answer questions but instead would respond telling me they just sold a like vehicle to Ohio and that I must not be aware of the market. I’ve had some doozies over the years but this just set the bar so high I doubt I’ll ever have an opportunity to beat it elsewhere.

Charged me for an oil change they clearly didn’t do.

Edit: First thing I did was call the service department and was told that "our techs wouldn't miss that".

Called this dealer about getting a service. I got their voicemail and left a message. I never heard back from them. I then used their online automated chat and left my details again with them. I still haven’t heard back from them. It’s been a week now. If it’s this hard to get a serviced scheduled, I don’t have any faith in there work either.

Made an online appointment on a Saturday for a factory diagnostic on a 2008 Audi A6 to see if there was anything wrong with it since I just got it. Went in to give them my car and the receptionist says I only scheduled for an oil change and they don’t do diagnostics on Saturday? I said okay whatever, not one to argue, long story short and $379 later I got my oil changed and some brake fluid I told her no to, if you can do maintenance do it yourself, don’t be impatient and not just leave like me. They wasted both my time and money

We purchased a used 2018 A4 from Audi Lancaster last Saturday. My wife had been looking for a manual transmission with low mileage, and they had one in stock. From the beginning Tony was great to work with over email. I was out of town and didn't respond to him for almost a week, but when I did he got me all the information I needed on a Friday afternoon, and on Saturday morning we drove the three and a half hours to view the car. It was exactly as they represented it, and they had us in and out in less than 2 hours including the test drive and financing. Tony was an absolute pleasure to work with, and Robert in finance was also fantastic. I would highly recommend working with this team. No pressure, very responsive, ethical, and professional.

We live in upstate NY near the Canadian border 330 miles from Audi Lancaster. My husband had been in contact with 7 different Audi dealers within 500 miles of our residence. Audi Lancaster gave us significantly more money for our trade-in vehicle without a flinch from the sight unseen appraisal and the lowest price for our 2022 Audi Q3. Checkmate! The winning combination for a sale. Cailey Barham was our sales rep and she was true to her word from the beginning to the end of the purchasing process. Audi Lancaster gave us everything that we asked for and made the transaction smooth and comfortable. It was actually a fun road trip for my husband and I. It's a memory that we will charish and have everytime we walk thru a parking lot to our gorgeous Ibis White Audi Q3. Thank you Cailey and Team!
