Always have a great experience at this place. Go to Paul M in the service department whenever I need anything done. Everybody in the service department I have ever worked with at Audi Washington has been awesome but I have worked with Paul more when scheduling appointments and feel certain saying his communication and customer service is truly unbeatable.

I had a great purchase experience at Audi Washington. I could tell John Rackley, who assisted me with the purchase, was being 100% transparent with me. I came for my appointment while my car was in the shop with the idea that I would have it by that day, but when that wasn’t looking to be the case, I asked if they could hold the vehicle (it was a good deal to me). They did so with not hold charge which I thought was customary to do. Audi Washington gave me a fair and strong trade-in value for my previous vehicle which made the transition to my new Audi Q5 both enjoyable and seamless for me. I live 30 mins away, with an Audi closer to where I live, but I’ll definitely be back in the future.

Audi Washington has one of the best sales guys I have met in a long time. John Rackley went out of his way to help me buy out my lease. He knew he had no skin in the game and he could not make any commission! Yet.he called me back every time he said he would, texted me information and never pressured me into a new vehicle.

I have had a horrible experience with the Audi Washington Cochran dealership. I bought a Q7 Audi and have had problems from day one and am still struggling. From defective display cables and screen to a lack of responsiveness from the service department, the entirety of the relationship has been negative. I regret my decision to buy the car from them.

I have purchased many cars throughout the years, but this time I was buying the car I always wanted, not considering hauling things, kids, pets, etc. John was absolutely amazing, he was so wonderful and helpful and I actually got the exact car that I wanted. Of course like everything there were delays due to staffing shortages at the state level, but John kept me informed all the way, and I am enjoying my first totally ME car! Disappointing. No new cars to look at and the used cars on the lot had excessive dings dents and damage, I expected better, was looking for s model sportback

My car was serviced recently and I had to leave for 1 week. Justin kept me well informed of the progress and provided a lender which helped to alleviate the inconvenience. Upon pick up of my vehicle, it was delivered promptly with a full explanation of what was completed and what is coming due. And thanks to Steve McFarlane, who delivered my car spotless and shining!
