RUDE AND IGNORANT not to mention so overpriced if u call around you'll literally be able to get the exact same job done for HALF YES LITERALLY HALF THE PRICE THAT AUDIOPHONICS CHARGES! Don't ever let them put automatic car starter on I had brand new cobalt they messed the computer up
Just got my vehicle back due do issues I was having. It turns out it was because they installed the product I bought wrong. So it cost me more money to fix the issue. I do not recommend them for installation. My vehicle is brand new too.
Quoted me $300 for a sub install. Best buy did it for $100. Hard to support small businesses when it’s a $200 difference.
Was told to come in for an install. Drove an hour on my day off only to be turned away. Very unprofessional.
Went there for a radio plug and when i asked about it the lady replied rudely "What kind is it" as i was flipping the radio over to get the number off of it she said rudely " well i need to know what kind it is! " So i said she had a bad attitude and she replied "whatever" so i walked out. I have got stuff hete many times before but i wont go back or recommend it to anyone!
