6Worst service ever at an Autie Anne's. I am a loyal pretzel customer but I will never stop here again, girl was kinda rude and the pretzels were dried out and terrible!
All they have is “nuggets “ they should just shut down until they can actually make more than just one item …
i asked for two of the pepperoni pretzels they “said” they only have nuggets.after i chose to go to the Bk they started making pretzels.i guess they just don’t like truckers or they don’t like white people
i told the manager about this problem and he called me a liar to my face
Don't waste your time because I don't think it's ever open. Whet it was open, it seemed like the staff was annoyed when a customer showed up.
Worst service ever. No one is ever there to help. A shame cause I travel pass here often and love their pretzels.
This is the worst place ever. They never have food made and they said that they can't make more that they have to sell what is made already. That is a big lie. All the African American people in there is lazy as ever. It took then 7 hours to make some dang pretzel dogs.
No one at counter, then after waiting and finally having a person come and help while being annoyed - only needed two pretzels.not that difficult.
