7Had a birthday offer, went to another store nearby to receive & they didn’t accept it then went to this store, asked if i could get it since the offer only valid for 9 mins, he said yes then scan my code then said no & the app only give 9 mins to redeem. What a stupid thing

Great pretzels and love the mini pretzel dog buckets, quick and friendly service
I was really hungry, so I stopped by one of their stands near Burlington. What a mistake! I worker couldn't explain what the creamy part of their new drink was. I wasn't spending $8 to find out. I did spend $8 on day-old tasting pretzel bites, cold cheese dip, and lemonade that was so loaded with ice that I finished it while walking a block. I will not spend $8 on a pretzel and lemonade for a long time.
Spent $57, and I was provided a pretzel dog that was burned on both top and bottom! 3 of the regular pretzels were dry. Why would they give you a burnt product? !
The service at this location took a hike. Employees look dumbfounded when I point out the fact that they dont have any pretzels in the middle of the day.
Good if you like pretzels a little pricey but I guess everything is now days!
