6I asked the young lady to please make me a fresh no salted pretzel because they had been sitting for 20 minutes and she directed me to go upstairs they could do it upstairs.
$24 for 2 pretzels and a drink. Wow. Disney land prices! Lucky my kid ordered so I followed through, but everytime I walk by, I will remind them that someday vengeance will be mine.
You're charging $10 of pretzel now and you're seriously asking customers for tips?
Absolutely ridiculous they are not serving anything they're handing you the pretzel and done maybe you guys should pay the workers more so you don't have to try to and sanitize them with making tips

Used to love this place. I would get a pretzel every time I came to the mall but the past few years every time I get one it tastes old. Prices are way to high for old food. I can bake an entire batch of fresh pretzels for less than one of their stale ones.
$9 for one pretzel and the woman working at the mall location was busy playing on her phone, she acted like I was inconveniencing her for buying food.
