Aurora Home Care Lancaster has some of the most dedicated staff in the home care business. The Director, Shea, has been through the experience of needing care for a loved one and is always willing to go above and beyond. Due to having to navigate before, she has the unique experience of being a Director and a previous client of home care and has invaluable knowledge due to this. She is also a Certified Dementia Practitioner and has lots of creative, yet essential information to share if you find yourself needing assistance with that disease. In my experience, Aurora Home Care handles all cases with respect, dignity, and transparency to be partners in the care of a loved one. They create a plan with the POA or family to ensure a routine and the best care possible, including going over what the plan is if a caregiver cannot come to the home I.e. In the event of an emergency or illness, etc. I would trust and use Aurora Home Care for any of my family members in a heartbeat.

I would give Aurora Home Care and Hospice an A plus. I love this company. They actually seem to care about the overall well being of their employees which allows the employee to better care for their patients. Flexible hours, good benefits, wonderful staff specially Tammy she is been very professional and helpful, highly recommended.

I absolutely love working for Aurora, the staff is amazing. They go above and beyond for their employees and for their clients. It’s such an amazing company and I absolutely Feel privileged to work for this amazing them.

Our experience with Aurora wasn't great. It was at first because they gave us a great aide who was reliable and most of all caring. But there was a problem between the two and our aide quit on her own, she wasn't fired. Whenever our aide couldn't work they never contacted me to see if we wanted anyone else. They have never called to check on our aide's performance or to see how we were doing. It seems like it's more about the money for them. We have not heard from the company yet to tell us our aide quit. But then again it was said that the company wasn't making any money on our case. Shame on them.

Incredible staff and always willing to help. Difficult type of business but will go above and beyond to be sure you're cared for.

Unbelievable experience with my mother. The office staff was always willing to listen, adapt to the time changes we requested and always available day and night for calls. It was flawless from beginning to end. I would absolutely recommend them 100 times over. Thank you all.
