I am consistently blown away with the customer service of this establishment! The new store front on Peach Street in Erie is great. Joe and his team are the best.

Hunter N.is one of the best in the business, and always delivers the best service (especially for those that aren't too car-knowledgeable or may have questions). I always have peace of mind coming out of service appointments knowing that I was taken care of 110%. Would recommend 10/10 for your next place to purchase or have service work done.

Came in on a Saturday and spoke to Joe DeBiso whom I unfortunately had to ask to slow down how fast he was talking when describing the vehicle. This gave off the typical car salesman vibe, although I was grateful for his knowledge. I do feel the vehicles are marked fairly but when asked on price, he stated that they won't budge and he typically just gives people about 2 or 300 dollars off so the FEEL like they got a deal.
He then told me to come back on Tuesday to buy the car because they close in 5 minutes and he wants to start his 4th of July weekend. I called multiple times on Tuesday; left a message and the gal even said she was going to put a post it on his desk so he would see it. Still waiting for a call back. I ended up buying from the place next door- Interstate Nissan- highly, highly recommend.

Inspection done here since I purchased my used vehicle here. It failed. Upon leaving i had a brake rub, but they fixed it immediately. Within 5 min, and they did the rest of the repairs when parts came in.

This dealer doesn't have any answers to your questions. You have to be prepared and ready to buy a vehicle by your own.

We did not feel welcome at all at Kia on peach. The sales person didn’t know anything and could tell he was just trying to sell us any car. We wanted to test drive a few different cars to see what best fit our family but it seemed to be very inconvenient for him to show us. We also walked around for awhile before we even got waited on while other workers just walked by without asking if we needed help. Very sad in our experience here.

As always, the employee at the service desk was very professional and cordial at the same time. Also the amount of time I was at the shop for service was 40 minutes for inspection. Very efficient and timely. Thank you for this.

It was better than the one that I had at Honda after being a good customer for 6 years. They were very friendly.

I bought a car there about a month and a half ago. Within in a month my windshield cracked (there was no point of impact it was clearly just an issue with the windshield) they refused to replace it. The worst part is today I get a call that they STILL have not paid off the loan for my bike I traded in at the time I bought my car so now my credit is being affected. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

Friendly and helpful service department. There's coffee, water and popcorn as you wait. They make the wait far more positive than most mechanic garages.

Nicole was real nice and helpful. But then their was the insurance guy who was hitting on the girl i was with. Got her number from running a insurance quote and continued to call her. Not hey what you think about the quote. It was hey i wanna see you again when you coming back. 4 calls of trying to hook up. Very unprofessional and bought a car elsewhere

The Service personnel are professional and personable. They always make sure I am both informed and comfortable. They walk me to my car when it's done, explain everything and answer any question I have. Love this dealership! Bought our 4th vehicle here last year. Love the sales department and even the F&I guy is great! Have never has less than an excellent experience here.
