Adam was very helpful and patient. My requests were heard & accommodated. The atmosphere was relaxed and I felt no pressure. Overall this was a good experience. It was not lost on the staff in general that while they sell cars everyday, I don't buy one everyday & for me it is a very big decision. Test driving a car is one of the few perks of being an adult, Adam was happy to let me drive whatever I wanted.

Did buy a Mercedes that had a Blind Spot monitor sensor missing which they promised to install. Received a call from them stating to drop the vehicle off to install the sensor from the Mercedes dealer. Received the car 2 days later considering they only had to replace a single part. After receiving had a dent in my door which was painted off. When I pointed out the service manager promised me to fix that and stalled me for almost 2months. The sales guy was pretty decent but the service manager after promising to fix it kept on stalling. Don’t know whom to point out but it’s pretty disappointing after you spend 35k with a dealer.

Great place to buy a car. Bout 2 Mazda’s and currently leasing a cx9. Ask for Patrick Carden. Great guy to deal with.
