It was raining the morning my windshield was scheduled to be replace and the technician called to determine if there was a sheltered place he could work. Since the car is garaged, I said yes and After verifying my location he said he’d be there in an hour. After arriving on time, he proceeded to explain the steps of the job in a very professional manner. Upon completion, the interior and exterior surfaces were sanitized. The work took less than an hour and was again briefed to wait 30 minutes prior to driving the car and to avoid the car wash for 24 hours. Overall, an excellent job. Would highly recommend them to friends and family should the news arise.

Ron, the glass fitter technician was very professional. We originally had the appointment scheduled for the day of the storm. Naturally, we had to cancel and reschedule. We rescheduled for that Friday. When he went to pick up the windshield, he found it was already scratched or cracked so he didn’t feel comfortable with taking. I appreciated his honesty. We rescheduled for today and was willing to work around my schedule. He arrived at the time he said he would — no delay. He did an excellent job. Hopefully, I will never need this service again, but if so, I wouldn’t hesitate to call him again. I would highly recommend Glads Fitters!
