These 5* reviews are FAKE! They paid for them. These people are awful. They treat you like an inconvenience and not a person who is giving them money. I picked out a car here and told them I wanted to finance it. They didn't seem at all interested in my business because it was their least expensive car. They never returned my calls and sometimes ignored them, even though I was always polite. They were also short with me on the phone (I felt like I was an annoyance not a customer) but told me to fill out their credit application. It was the only place I applied because my score is in the 600s and I can only afford one hard inquiry. I filled it out, and noticed they weren't putting it through. I called hours later to ask why and they said they were busy and they'd do it later and promised to call within the hour. They never called. Eventually they did put it through and gave me a hard inquiry but never called me to discuss it. I waited 5 days and finally called them myself to ask what was going on with the application. They said to come by with my bank statements to purchase the car. I was getting ready to go when they called me a few hours after I spoke to them and said they couldn't sell me the car because they weren't making enough money off of it because I was financing. Thanks for wasting my time and messing up my credit score. Next time maybe price your cars appropriately, or don't put a credit app through knowing you're not going to sell the car. Maybe don't sell cheap cars at all. Almost a week I was waiting to buy this car. If you're not planning on paying a few thousand above what the car is worth, don't go here because they're greedy. Don't waste your time like I did, and definitely don't try to finance because when the finance company charges them an exorbitant fee you will have a hard inquiry for nothing because they won't end up selling you the car. Awful experience just don't bother.

Damien's customer service was like a breath of fresh air swimming in a sea of sharks. Buying a used car is always stressful because every used car has potential for issues and most car salesmen are trying to do nothing more than sell you one of their cars for the highest price with the highest interest rate they can get away with while hiding any possible problems with the car. They'll sit you down in their office and talk you back and forth until you're so confused and overwhelmed that you'll agree to anything. Damien was the only person I dealt with on my car buying journey who felt honest and fair. I bought my toyota rav4 from auto maxx because not only was it the best deal I could find for this model, year and mileage.but Damien was honest with me from the beginning about the car, best routes for loans, and other options. I ended up getting a loan through a third party and returning to auto maxx a couple days after my first visit to buy the car. Damien held it for me once I told him I wanted it and even came in on his day off to send me off with it.
