Their judgment for the repair to my vehicle was fair and the issuance for payment done as requested by my repair shop was done quickly which allowed the shop to order the required parts.
I can not say enough good things about Auto Owners. I was devastated when our kitchen was damaged from a bathtub leak, ruining our floors and cabinetry. William Baney went above and beyond for us at every opportunity. Not only did he come to our home to assess the damages but he quickly sent a company to help clean up and prevent mold. William is patient, empathetic and knowledgeable. Our kitchen is repaired and safe once again for our children. Our experience working with William and Auto Owners was wonderful!

A guy disappointingly hit me from behind at a traffic light.
